Summary of home cafe results for June 1, 2, 2019

On June 1 and 2, 2019, the first Home Cafe Days in Latvia took place on the Livonian Coast and in the Dundaga region, simultaneously with the Slītere Travelers' Days.

Visitors were welcomed by 22 special in-house cafes, which opened their doors to their guests only on these days.

We have surveyed all participants of the Home Cafe Day and obtained both feedback and the number of visitors to each "cafe".

The hosts admit that the event was much more attended than expected. There was a lot of work, but with a good team, everything turned out great. There were also hosts who were short of hands, but in the future, if such an event were to take place, they would know what to prepare for and would attract additional helpers. Despite the heavy workload and fatigue after the event, the hosts are very happy and satisfied and would gladly participate in such an event again.
