Latvian Heritage mark

The cultural label “Latvian Heritage” is awarded to those Latvian tourism entrepreneurs who preserve and celebrate the Latvian cultural heritage, demonstrating it in tourism: hosts show and tell stories to visitors, treat them to Latvian dishes, teach crafts and skills, and celebrate Latvian holidays. The Latvian Heritage Label is awarded to accommodations, farms, craftsmen, country inns, organizers and leaders of Latvian traditional events, museums, collections, experts in skills and crafts (bakers, weavers, beekeepers, ceramists, blacksmiths, bathhouse owners, roofers, storytellers, singers, etc.). The purpose of the label is to popularize and preserve cultural heritage by actively using it and making it understandable to visitors.
