A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

House "Vecozoli", located on the border of Latvia, in North Latgale, 230 km from Riga, offers the opportunity to spend a holiday for a family or company up to 6 people in a farmstead, where you can enjoy a clean environment, silence, black sauna, feast on local farmers, go fishing or hunting hike, go on a trip on retro motorcycles, the owner will be happy to help you plan a route to visit local tourist attractions.

Adventure Club Žīguri is also located in the area. The aim of the association is to popularize the gentle use of North Latgale recreation resources. This is a new guesthouse and campsite 800 m from the sea at Košrags.  We offer four bedrooms, a separate bedroom with all the conveniences, and a kitchen with a separate entrance.  There are two new and well-appointed weekend cottages for four people with all conveniences and a kitchen corner.  The campsite has six cottages, room for tents, and three connections for campers.  There is a service building with showers and WC, and we also have a sauna.

KUKUZES

The KUKŪZES weekend house is in the town of Sēbruciems in the Babīte Parish, which is a quiet territory near Rīga.  We offer accommodations in two weekend huts in a forested area with a view of a nice pond.  Both huts are equipped with everything that you will need to relax.  The huts have room for two to four adults or for a family with kids.  Each hut has a pull-down bed and a sofa bed.  There are also cribs for babies.  You’ll have access to utensils to cook food, various types of food, tea, coffee, an electric stove, a refrigerator, an electric ta kettle, a coffee machine for coffee lovers, and a grill outside the huts.

We’ll supply you with towels, a hair-dryer and hygiene products.  An Internet link and television are both available.  Both huts have small furnished terraces with a view of the pond.  During the warm season, there is a free swimming area which is particularly appropriate for families with small children.  During cold weather, an additional offer involves a hot jacuzzi.
