A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. Two restored country homes near Ape and the Rīga-Veclaicene highway.  Guests are welcome to utilise three weekend apartments with kitchens, double rooms and all the conveniences.  The ski trails on Ķauķu Hill and Dēliņkalns Hill are 15 km from the buildings.  There are farms which offer country goodies in the Ape Administrative District and near these homes.

A weekend house in Bernati, not so far from the sea, 12 km away from Liepaja. On the first floor of the house there is a recreation room with a fireplace, kitchen and other facilities. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. There is a grill next to the house. The countryside bath-house is in the separate house. Not so far away there is a playground for children and a place for sport activities, picnic places and weekend houses (Nr.99, 5 and 252). A possibility for fishing in the river Barta, Lake Pape and the sea.

Ramatas holiday House is located in Skultesmuiza, 3km from the seaside. The house is combined with a small sauna, where on the second floor  you find one DBL bed and extra beds up to 8 persons. The hosts also offer professional bathhouse services.
