A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

PIESUPITE

A weekend house opposite Avotiņkalns Hill on the shore of the Daugava, 1.5 km from the Staburags cliff and the Liepavots stream.  A fireplace room, kitchen, WC and shower on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor.  The sauna is in a separate cottage.  A wonderful place for leisure and fishing.

House "Vecozoli", located on the border of Latvia, in North Latgale, 230 km from Riga, offers the opportunity to spend a holiday for a family or company up to 6 people in a farmstead, where you can enjoy a clean environment, silence, black sauna, feast on local farmers, go fishing or hunting hike, go on a trip on retro motorcycles, the owner will be happy to help you plan a route to visit local tourist attractions.
The price includes bed linen and towels, firewood for sauna and grill heating.

The house is closed for guests until the end of 2020.

Adventure Club Žīguri is also located in the area. The aim of the association is to popularize the gentle use of North Latgale recreation resources. “Piedāgi Ūši” in Kolka is a modern two-story holiday home with two rooms with seven beds on the upper floor and a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace on the first floor.  The venue is perfect for a large family or for two families wanting to vacation together.  The venue is particularly meant for hikers and environmental tourists.  There is equipment to dry footwear and apparel, to do laundry, to relax in a sauna, and to sit around in a friendly way in the kitchen/dining area.  Bicyclists will enjoy a stand for bikes in the outer room of the building.

The venue is a 10-minute walk from Cape Kolka and is on a large plot of land.  The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.  

A second weekday home, “Ūši” is next door to “Piedāgi Ūši.”

Holiday house Villa Lakstīgalas with a recreation complex in Skriveri. The holiday home is suitable for rest, relaxation and lazy moments with family or friends, beds are for up to 5 people both downstairs and on the loft floor.
