Cottages

A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

A double bed in the bedroom on the 1st floor and a massage bath for two persons in the bathroom next to the bedroom. A spacious living-room with TV and fireplace on the first floor. A sitting-room next to the kitchen. Heated floors in all the house. 3 double rooms and 2 Showers/WCs on the second floor. A separate sauna building next to the holiday cottage. Laikas is nestled in the centenarian pine forest which is part of the Grinu Strict Nature Reserve. It is made from environmentally-friendly materials and set only a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. Featuring wooden interiors, the house offers a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen at Laikas comes with dining area, a stove, a refrigerator and essential kitchenware. Barbecue facilities are available free of charge.
