The facility has been built in a billowy territory of 10 hectares. Half of the territory is occupied by fish ponds, amidst which stands the recreation center. "Royal Club 13" - comfortable accommodation, located in a picturesque and quiet part of Jurmala. The accommodation is perfect for events of any format, weddings, corporate parties, birthday parties, business meetings. Guests are offered a hall for 25 and more people, where various games can be held, such as Quiz, Music evenings, Stand-up evenings, sports events in the company, etc. There is a spacious bedroom and several separate rooms for relaxing or talking, as well as 4 bathrooms and a living room. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and each bathroom has a shower. There is also a spa area and a sauna with a pool.

Gray house - 2 bedrooms, small kitchen with the possibility to have meals on the terrace, shower, WC. In the 1st bedroom - a double bed, in the 2nd bedroom - two separate beds.

There are tent sites and a fireplace, as well as a separate shower room, toilet, which is also suitable for people with disabilities.

"Mežvidi" is located 22 km from Kuldīga. "Mežvidi" offers 2 apartaments. One has 3 bedrooms +3 WC with showers, library, fireplace, stove, kitchen. In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms + 2 toilets - one with shower, the other with bath, kitchen. The surrounding fire places, elegant garden, river, pond and hiking trails.

Villa Gaida is a complex of 3 old wooden buildings in Saulkrasti, by the sea. Their history dates back to the 19th century. The buildings are currently being renovated and reborn for the 4th time. The big house is ready and there are 5 holiday apartments waiting for it: Rose, Peony, Water Rose, Sunflower and Poppy. The apartments have both ancient and modern interiors. They have restored furniture by Latvian masters, colored veranda glass, equipped kitchens and 1 or more bedrooms. One of the apartments has a bathtub and a roof terrace with sea views. There are also two apartments in the barn house.

The 3rd house will also be renovated, where all the guests of the apartments will have a rest - a library, a piano, a wood-burning oven and the opportunity to drink wine.
