In dem am Ende des 19. Jhs. gebauten hölzernen Haus, das zu einem Museum umgewandelt ist, kann man das Leben der Menschen kennenlernen, die vor mehr als 100 Jahren gewohnt haben. Hier kann man Haushaltsgegenstände, die dem Kreis Rucava charakteristische Tracht, Socken und Muster von Handschuhen besichtigen. Hier werden Abendversammlungen und Veranstaltungen organisiert, auf denen die Teilnehmer singen, spielen, tanzen und nützliche Dinge weben, sowie Bildungsprogramme Abendversammlung und Ehrenmahlzeit von Rucava mit niederkurländischen Gerichten angeboten. The Jaunpils Crafts House opened on May 10, 2015, and it is home to a group of weavers from Jaunpils that was established in 1970, as well as the “Dzīpars” organisation. The group is led by a master weaver, Velga Pavlovska, who is happy to share her knowledge with the 18 women who are part of the group. She organises the work of women who do handicrafts, and she also conducts tours and creative workshops. Visitors can learn about the work of weavers and other master handicraft specialists, take part in educational master classes, go on tours and purchase various souvenirs. |

The peony garden "Silezeru peonijas" is located in a scenic place in Valmiera region, Kocēni parish. Currently, about 800 different varieties grow in the garden - from very early flowering peonies, daisies, intersection peonies to shrub peonies. The first three varieties of peonies were purchased in 2015. The gardening of the peony collection began with them. The new varieties were gradually purchased first from peony collectors known in Latvia, and then from foreign kennels in England, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Sweden and Poland. The owner organizes excursions and introduces the flower of love - peony, but you need to call in advance. |

The “Pie Daugavas” glamping site is on land which has been passed down from generation to generation on the banks of the Daugava River and on the boundary between Jaunjelgava and Sērene. There are eight furnished glamping tents to rest in comfort on the banks of the river. The tents are 5m wide and 3m high, with carpeting to soothe your feet, a comfortable mattress that will ensure comfort for your back, as well as an easy chair into which you can sink with a book in hand. Electricity and WIFI will keep you linked to the outer world. You can reserve a Latvian-made jacuzzi with a wood-fired internal stove and installed hydro-massage and LED lighting. A spherical cupola tent with 65 m2 is also available. A new aspect at the tent in the summer of 2023 was a series of concerts on the banks of the Daugava. |

Der Hof „Vilki“ ist Arboretum und Baumschule zugleich, gelegen inmitten der landwirtschaftlich geprägten Landschaft Semgallens in der Gemeinde Svete. Den Besuchern werden Führungen durch das Arboretum und das Territorium des Hofs geboten, wo man 1000 Pflanzen der verschiedensten Arten und Herkunft besichtigen kann. Gezüchtet werden Zierbäume und Ziersträucher, mehrjährige Blumen, Heil- und Gewürzpflanzen. Es gibt einen alten Obstgarten, wo die alten Apfelsorten und andere entsprechend gekennzeichnet sind. Zudem wird Beratung bei der Grünflächengestaltung geboten. Auf dem Hof kann man auch die alte Rasse der Lettischen Blauen Kühe antreffen. Für Besucher steht hier ein Picknickplatz zur Verfügung. |

“Kārkļu osta” is a family campsite on the banks of the Daugava River 4.5 km from the Koknese castle ruins. There are 10 ha of land for private events, sports events, consolidation events, camping and master classes. There is unhurried relaxation for family members or friends. A large (6x12m) tent is available for events on the banks of the river. It can accommodate between 40 and 60 people. There are also two leisure huts with four beds in each of them.
