Euracademy project provided rural developers a variety of opportunities for capacity building that was singled out as the key factor in rural development. Euracademy produced two 10-day Summer Academies, two Thematic Guides and two eLearning Courses in themes of Rural Tourism and Information Society attracting over 200 participants European wide. Emphasis in the educational methodology was on "blended learning" inviting for individual flexibility and adjustment, mutual learning, exchange of experiences and creating learning networks.
