Midsummer celebrations in the country home "Lantus"

The festivity will combine authentic and modern traditions of celebrating.
In the programme:
  • learn how to make oak and flower wreaths
  • learn how to make caraway cheese
  • "Lačplēsis" wrestling
  • traditional games for children
  • live music, dancing, games, competitions
The celebration will take place on the meadow, with a bonfire. Arrival on June 23 from 3-5 p.m. Location: Bērzaunes pagasts, Valmieras distr. Country foods and the "Piebalga" beer will be sold on site. Overnighting in own tents.
Participation: 5,00 LVL per person.
