Izcila lokveida taka (4,5 km), kuras lielākā daļa (koka laipas) ved pa Rīsas purvu (Riisa raba). No takas un divstāvīgā koka skatu torņa ir vērojami purva ezeriņi, lāmas, un purvaini meži. Ja nacionālā parka apskati sāk no ziemeļu puses, tad šī taka ir labs ceļojuma iesākums!

В хозяйстве выращивают крупный рогатый мясной скот и овощи. Интересующимся дают консультации, продают семена и овощи.

посетить «Дары села» – хозяйства и предприятия всевозможных видов и отраслей, которые 
открыты для посетителей и предлагают экскурсии, попробовать, осмотреть и приобрести свои изделия. Там можно увидеть домашних животных, современные сельские хозяйства, мастерские ремесленников, приобрести сельскохозяйственные продукты – хлеб, мед, домашнее вино и 
пиво, сыр, ягоды, фрукты, рыбу, мясо, овощи, чаи и другие, выращенные 
в деревне дары. По дороге можно отобедать в сельских корчмах. 

Примерное время прохождения маршрута: четыре – пять дней, в зависимости от количества выбранных достопримечательностей и времени, отведенного для их осмотра.

Хозяйство, основной вид деятельности которого зерноводство, в 2006 году  начало деятельность в сфере молочного животноводства, а в 2008 году – занялось производством творога и сыра. На данный момент в хозяйстве насчитывается более 200 голов дойных коров, из молока которых производят свежее молоко, йогурт, сыр и мороженое.

Here you will learn about home-based manufacturers, farms, companies and others in Kurzeme that produce various dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, ice cream, etc.  Begin in Tukums, which offers lots of interesting foods and beverages.  Then cross the ancient Abava River valley, which is one of the most beautiful river valleys in Latvia.  The route leads to Wine Hill in Sabile and then Talsi, the “city of nine hillocks.”  Further on you will find Dundaga and its legendary castle, pass through large and lonely forests on your way to Ventspils, and then continue along the shore of the Baltic sea to Medze.  From there, travel back into the centre of Kurzeme, through Aizpute and Kazdanga, which is known for its own castle.  Visit Latvia’s first shiitake mushroom farm at Garīkas, the Milk Estate and the Milk Museum.  Further on will be Saldus with its tasty treats, then Džūkste, and then back to Tukums, where we started.

Плунге славится парком князей Огинских. Парк смешанного типа был разбит на месте жемайтийской священной рощи в XVIII–XIX вв. Гордостью парка являются один из древнейших и крупнейших в Литве дубов, получивший имя языческого бога Перкунаса (Перуна), легендарная Плачущая липа и Пятиствольный ясень. По указанию князя Огинского здесь было вырыто семь каскадных прудов, соединенных каменными мостами-шлюзами. Уникальную живописность парку придает протекающая по нему река Бабрунгас.

The Brasla River flows through a lovely valley that is approximately 300 m wide and up to 30 m deep. It is near the Inčukalns-Valka highway. The river has among the most beautiful rapids in the country, with mighty cliffs (the Brasla cliffs) that can be seen at nearly every curve in the river (except along the lowest reaches of the river). During the winter, various unusual frozen waterfalls can be seen in some of the cliffs, including the Krauļukalns cliff and the Jāņavārti cliff. On the left bank of the Brasla, opposite the Brasla fish farm, there are the Aņīte cliffs -- a series of sandstone cliffs that are 1 km long. The cliffs are between 2 and 35 m in height, and the sandstone cliffs are separated by ravines. On the right bank of the Brasla, there are major cliffs such as the Vāršavu cliff, the Kraukļukalns cliff, the Jāņavārti cliff, the Slūnu cliff, the Virtaka cliff and the Buļi cliff. How can you best learn about them? Boat down the river from the aforementioned highway or even from Straupe, which is further upstream. An alternative is hiking down the right bank of the river, though please take into account that the terrain is fairly extreme, and you are going to have to think about what to do when you arrive at the place where the Brasla River flows into the Gauja.

На пойменных лугах реки Падедзе и в окрестностях, на площади в 200 га выращивается ~ 350 благородных оленей, косуль и кабанов. На территории сада оленей построены вышки для наблюдения за грациозными лесными животными. Выкопаны пруды для коммерческой рыбалки. Экскурсии следует согласовать своевременно!
