Cidery tourism offer for visitors and tour operators
The “Abavas” winery in Tukums Municipality welcomes guests all year round by prior arrangement. Both individual visitors and groups can take a tour, which is led in Latvian or English by the winery's staff. During the visit, which lasts about two hours, guests see the production facility and taste up to six different drinks together with light snacks. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available. Alongside cider, the winery produces sparkling wines and grape wines, beer, spirits, liqueurs and warming drinks. Catering can be ordered for groups. The winery can host private celebrations, corporate events and concerts, and a communal grape harvest is also held. The products and gift sets can be purchased on site at the winery, in the online shop and in the largest retail chains throughout Latvia.
