This weekend home is in a lovely location near the reservoir of Rugāji.  The owner breeds and processes fish and serves Lettigalian foods.  He also works with local farmers and fishermen.
Latvian cuisine: Smoked fish (carp, Peipus burbot, tench, catfish, bream), canned bream, carp, tench and bream soup, grit porridge with cured meat, home baked rye bread, local cheeses.
Special foods: Tench goulash.

The café is located 1.5 kilometres from the Ķegums hydropower plant. Home-grown ingredients are used to produce berry sauces, pumpkin, and marinated cornichons in brine.

Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, pork in mustard, crepes.

Special foods: Crème of cottage cheese with stewed berries.

The cafe is situated in the centre of Jekabpils city, not far from the river Daugava. They offer rooms for banquets and celebrations,as well as celebration organization services.

This tavern is in the centre of Alsunga, which is the capital of the Suiti people.  The Suiti have always known how to work hard, sing well and eat tasty foods.  The tavern offers for tour groups to taste a delicious Suiti meal made from ancient recipes, after which participants can learn how to cook those foods – carrot buns, soured porridge and other masterful dishes from this part of Latvia.  A very effective performance by  Women of Suiti will make the meal truly unforgettable.  You’ll also be able to purchase carrot buns and sourdough bread that is baked only here.

The restaurant is in the “old school” of Ungurmuiža. Together with the nobleman’s estate and park, this makes up a unique cultural and historical monument.

Latvian cuisine: Potato pancakes with cured meet and loganberry jam, chanterelles soup, vegetable soup, porridge with meat, Brasla trout, roast pork with rhubarb sauce, manna, desserts with berry sauce.
