Guest house "Divas Upes" is located in the village of "Bilstiņi" in Koknese parish, at the place where Pērse flows into the Daugava, opposite the ruins of Koknese castle. The house has 6 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding extra beds. There is a large living room with a fireplace, where the host prepares dinner for his guests. In summer, dinner is prepared on the backyard terrace.

The owner of the guest house makes smoked meat and sausages, so guests are invited to participate in the process and tastings.

There is a camping site for motor homes and tent sites. The guest house also has a steam room with a separate fireplace hall. There is a place for rest by the water on the bank of Perse (where Perse waterfall was once located). Active guests can take a rowing boat or kayak.
