Country house surrounded by forests, located next to the river Šventoji. There are two buildings - living house and relaxation building. The living house of the grange “Tarp Liepu” has been built using organic building materials only. The house has five rooms accommodating 18-20 persons. Relaxation building is located next to the pond. It is possible to accommodate up to 15 persons at the relaxations building.

The luxurious recreation Holland Park is conveniently located 5 km from Moletai, the tourist center of the lake district north of the capital Vilnius. The Holland Park recreation centre is composed of seven luxury holiday villas, varying in space. There is enough to do in the park, go for a swim in the lake, fishing or by boat. At the park is a basketball and volleyball court, barbecue, sauna and hot tub. 

A farmstead is situated in a picturesque peninsula of the lake Sartai, close to the hippodrome of Sartai. A fence and dense trees isolate the farmstead from the closest neighborhoods. Good access to the farmstead, asphalted road, except for 0.5 km of a local road. Holidaymakers are offered to stay at two new timbered houses with all conveniences that are separately rented out. Reconstructed country steam bathhouse and outdoor bathhouse (a vat) are at your service. Canoe rent in summer time. Admirers of both serenity and active repose are welcome all year round.
