	Spilves winery	The small winery of the holiday house "Spilve" offers to buy and taste grape wines and distillates. The unique products are made from home-grown grapes, apples, rhubarb and honey. During the warmer months, guests are welcome to take an excursion through the vineyards. The cozy outdoor terrace offers wine tasting with snacks, small visitors and drivers with fruit juices! 	Milmani	The “Mīlmaņi” guesthouse is on the banks of the Gauja River in Ranka. The venue is cosy for family celebrations and events for up to 50 participants. The main building has five bedrooms. A summer home is available for as many as 30 people, with a sauna, a black Sauna and, on the banks of the Gauja, a jacuzzi, as well as picnicking locations with grills. Swimming and boating are available.
	Makskeresana un atputa pie dika "Vectautas"	About 20 minutes by car from Sigulda, this is a venue that offers you a chance to go fishing in a pond that covers 3 ha and offers every opportunity for relaxation. You can rent a boat, and during the winter you can go ice fishing. Next to the pond is a two-story house with a kitchen and an opportunity to spend the night as long as you bring your own mattress. There are three rooms on the lower and three on the higher floor of the building. Next to the house is a lean-to, and there is a pergola not far from the pond. 	Talava Cidery	Tālava Cidery creates 100% natural apple ciders, expanding traditional drink categories and challenging flavour stereotypes. Our Story The cidery's name is a reference to the 12th-13th century Latgallian land of Tālava, which encompassed the present-day areas of Northern Latgale and Northern Vidzeme, where the cidery is located. In 2013, the owner decided to establish this cidery to produce authentic and high-quality beverages from apples grown in local orchards. Today, Tālava is a dynamic family business that blends tradition with innovation. Apples Ciders are made from apples, with flavours enhanced by quinces, rhubarb, cherries, hops, and other additional ingredients. Tālava also produces non-alcoholic cider. Ciders Almost all of Tālava’s drinks are suitable for vegans and gluten-free diets. The ciders are bottled and canned; the cans are made from recycled aluminium, and the labels are created from an innovative blend of organic materials and recycled plastics. Tālava''s ciders have won awards at international competitions, including the International Cider Challenge, Japan Cider Cup 2023, Cider World Award, and SISGA Asturias. For Visitors Tālava invites both individual visitors and groups to tour the cider production facility, where they can learn about the art of cider-making and enjoy Tālava's ciders paired with snacks that highlight the cider’s flavour. 	Pienjani Cidery	The only organically certified cider in Latvia. Our Story The fruit farm was established in 2009 with the aim of creating an orchard of cider apple varieties for the owner’s enjoyment and producing cider. Since 2021, they have been producing, testing, and exploring various cider flavours. Apples The farm boasts the largest organic apple orchard in Latvia, covering nearly 40 hectares, where various apple varieties are grown, including 'Monta', 'Dace', 'Auksis', 'Gita', 'Edīte', and other popular varieties. The orchard also features several apple varieties specifically for cider production. They collaborate with The Horticultural and Experimental Station at Pūre and the Horticulture Institute at Dobele. Ciders The Pienjāņi cider brand Jēpis is the only organically certified cider in Latvia. They also offer fresh apples and apple juice under the Jēpis label. For Visitors The cidery welcomes experience exchange groups by prior arrangement. Where to Buy The Jēpis ciders are available at markets and specialized stores.
	Hostelis "Sili"	Hostel "Sili" is located near Jelgava, in Mežciems. It has 19 rooms, as well as a conference and event hall, fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking (ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pots, pans and kitchen utensils). New and pleasant shared toilets and showers are available on each floor. Room cleaning and a bed linen set are included in the price. 	BALTAS ANEMONES	The Baltās anemones centre is in a lovely place on the right bank of the Lielupe River near Mežotne. The lowlands feature a guesthouse with a lovely look at cliffs on the left bank of the river and dolomite cliffs on the right bank. Along the river are fields of vegetables, including pumpkins, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, beets, potatoes and herbs, along with a fruit and berry garden. 	Cafe Alida	Aromatic coffee is produced here from chicory and on the basis of ancient recipes from grandma Alīda. All of the ingredients come from surrounding fields and forests. Roasted chicory coffee PAULĪNE (rye, chicory, carrots, acorns); roasted rye, chicory, and hemp coffee SĒLIJA (rye, chicory, carrots, hemp leaves); rye malt, chicory, and hop coffee VIESĪTE (rye malt grains, chicory, hops). 	Watermill of the Krape manor	The watermill of the Krape Estate is found on the Lobe River in the Ogre Administrative District. Owners offer tours of the mill so that you can learn how the old mill operates. You can stroll along the banks of the river or learn about plants in the meadow. There are places for tenting, but the main operation here is the production of elixirs from meadow plants, production of soy wax candles, production of etheric oils and hydrolats, a well as growing trout and African catfish that can be viewed during the season. 	Fisherman's farm DIENINAS	The owners are third-generation fishers, and they will be happy to sell you some smoked local fish. Tour groups can take part in active leisure related to cultural aspects of smoking tasty fish (tossing a boot into the sea, stories from fishermen’s wives, a theatrical performance, and the smoking and tasting of fish). 	Sparkling birch sap production plant BIRZI	Birch sap for Labanovski family is a popular drink already for a long time. Sap is tasty when it’s fresh, but in order to maintain its refreshing and valuable qualities, during many years family has developed new recipes. Moving away from the traditional spices, drink was supplemented with mint, which made the sap more refreshing, fresh for a long time and with a pleasant flavor.
	Sparni	The farmstead "Spārni" is located on the Latvian-Lithuanian border, near the Vadakste river. In summer, there are tent and caravan sites for individual travelers and small groups. 	Subrakkrasti (ARA Kalnozols)	The company “ARA Kalnozols, Ltd.” is located in the same territory with the guest house "Šubrakkrasti", located in Madona region, Bērzaune parish, 8 km from Lake Kāla, in a quiet place surrounded by nature. "Šubrakkrasti" is both a guest house and a non-standard farm, which offers excursions, during which you will be able to get acquainted with the history of the house (previously there was a dairy), owner Raimonds Aizstrauts - factory equipment production workshop, his motorsports (four-time USSR champion in motorsports) and work on CNC and laser engraving equipment. Walk through the manicured countryside, which includes a mountain with a serpentine road, landscaped gardens, ponds, etc. There is a 9-hole meadow golf course in the area. There are also creative workshops - a soap maker or gift box making.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Lauskis cider is crafted from organically grown apples in a nearly century-old apple orchard. Our Story The Lauskis winery and cidery was established in 2019. The ciders and fruit wines are produced in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of Krape Manor, located in the parish of Lēdmane. The owner, Vents Grīnbaums, named the winery in honour of his great-grandfather Vilis Lausks, a well-known Latvian fruit grower and teacher at the Bulduri Horticultural School. Apples The apple harvest is still gathered from apple trees planted almost 100 years ago. Ciders The cidery produces semi-dry and semi-sweet apple cider, as well as apple-and-chokeberry cider. Lauskis ciders have won awards at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) and the international cider competition SISGA in Asturias, Spain. For visitors Visitors are welcome to learn all about cider-making at the manor, sampling ciders and local snacks. 	REZIDENCE KURZEME	Accommodation in the guest house "Rezidence Kurzeme" is offered from well-equipped rooms to separate well-equipped houses with fireplaces - Kalna house, Terrace house, Big house, Family apartments and Guest house. 	Strautmali	The campsite is located in Slītere National Park, 3 kilometers from the sandy Baltic Sea. There are 6 buildings with a total of 50 beds - rooms for 3, 5, 6 or 12 people. There are two country kitchens, a library with books in Latvian and English, a large dining room. New service house with WC, shower and kitchen. You can also have a sauna. There are several trails and forest paths in the Slītere National Park for walks. The nearest shop is 2 km away in the village of Mazirbe. The campsite is open from June 1 to August 31.
	Imantas	Located on the steep bluff seaside of the Baltic Sea. The seasonal menu mostly focuses on local fish and lamprey. You can also taste freshly baked carrot pies (žograuši) here.
