	The Usma SPA restaurant	This restaurant is located in a lovely place on the north bank of Lake Usma, which is the fifth largest lake in Latvia. Latvian cuisine: Cod or pike-perch filet, potted vegetables and mushrooms, potato pancakes with smoked ham, crepes with jam or honey. Special foods: Mutton soup with vegetables.
	Restaurant LAUCU AKMENS	The restaurant is situated in Skulte district – 8 km away from Saulkrasti, in the direction of Minhauzen Museum. It is on a steep cliff alongside the sea, with a lovely view of the sea from the summer terrace during sunsets. The restaurant works with local fishermen, and the restaurant’s menu consists mostly of high quality local Baltic sea fish. Latvian cuisine: Cold soup, fish soup, porridge, grey peas with bacon and onions, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, stacked rye bread, crepes with jam, rhubarb or sea buckthorn sorbet. Special foods: Various fish dishes – bream, pike-perch, perch, plaice, salmon and herring.
	Romju Pojenes	A garden of feelings, where peonies smell, birds sing and the heart rejoices! About 730 peonies of different varieties grow in the garden of "Romju pojenes", which will delight every visitor with their variety of scents, colors and shapes. It is located in Tukuma county, Irlava parish, ~1 km from the Viesata river loop nature trail. The garden is available during peonies blooming (June).
	SKRUNDA MANOR restaurant	Skrunda Manor is located on the bank of the River Venta, on the side of the Riga-Liepāja highway. The manor restaurant uses products grown in Latvia and produced by local farmers, offering its guests to taste original local dishes, such as carp croquettes with homemade rhubarb mayonnaise, pork belly with birch leaf syrup and celery, and a selection of ice cream made in the manor.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Lauskis cider is crafted from organically grown apples in a nearly century-old apple orchard. Our Story The Lauskis winery and cidery was established in 2019. The ciders and fruit wines are produced in the 300-year-old vaulted cellars of Krape Manor, located in the parish of Lēdmane. The owner, Vents Grīnbaums, named the winery in honour of his great-grandfather Vilis Lausks, a well-known Latvian fruit grower and teacher at the Bulduri Horticultural School. Apples The apple harvest is still gathered from apple trees planted almost 100 years ago. Ciders The cidery produces semi-dry and semi-sweet apple cider, as well as apple-and-chokeberry cider. Lauskis ciders have won awards at the Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) and the international cider competition SISGA in Asturias, Spain. For visitors Visitors are welcome to learn all about cider-making at the manor, sampling ciders and local snacks. With advance notice, anyone can join in on apple picking and juice pressing in autumn. Where to buy Ciders can be purchased at the cidery or online at lauskissidrs.lv.
	The “Lantus” farm	A Latvian farm merging the historical and the modern. Local dishes are prepared, and weddings in the spirit of old traditions are organised. The farm works with local farmers and manufacturers. Latvian cuisine: Cream of vegetable soup with greens and croutons, oven-roasted pike with cheese and seasonal vegetables, cottage cheese crème with berry sauce.
	Brewery VALMIERMUIZAS ALUS	Tourists can learn about the history of the estate and the brewing of beer, beginning with raw materials and ending with finished products. The visit is enriched by tastings of live beer and stories about Latvia’s traditional holiday beverage. Alongside the brewery is a store which sells live beer, homemade goodies and selected souvenirs. The “Valmiermuižas alus virtuve” saloon popularises Latvian beers and uses beer in various dishes. A modern approach to homemade products is used to prepare foods and beer-based snacks. There is a beer garden during the summer, and the saloon merges traditional things with modern ones. Latvian cuisine: Smoked pork, filet of pike from Lake Burtnieks, green pea mash, with loganberries, quince, pumpkin birch juice and mushroom sauce as accompaniments. Special foods: Slice of pork marinated in unfiltered winter beer.
	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story. It invites you to go along, enjoy, explore, remember, dream and relax, rinsing the waves of the Daugava, in complete peace, enjoying the sounds of nature and the stories of an audio guide. The boat can accommodate up to 20 guests on board. Route: Likteņdārzs - Koknese Lutheran Church - Koknese Castle Ruins - Perse River - Likteņdārzs Amphitheater - Likteņdārzs. The boat can also be booked for events such as birthdays, weddings, etc. Flight times can be viewed and tickets can be purchased on the website, as well as on board.
	The Dzintarlaci farm	Beginning in late August, you can pick and taste your own sea buckthorn berries and purchase healthy juices made from them. Between late April and early June, you can tour a collection of tulips (more than 200 different types) and purchase their bulbs.
	Martina Vagnera Vina darzs un vinotava VINI CURLANDIA	Restoring Renda's winemaking traditions, which were relevant during the time of Duke Jacob, when Renda's sour red wine was popular in Jelgava court, it is offered to taste wine and pumpkin seeds in Mārtiņš Wagner's Vineyard and winery in Renda, it is also possible to see the grape and pumpkin garden.
	Abava Winery	Abavas Winery, located near Tukums, invites you to taste Latvian fruit and berry wines, ciders, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, as well as spirits. History The inspiration to establish the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, when they visited some of Europe’s oldest wineries. Over the years, it has grown into the largest and most renowned winery in Latvia. Grapes Near Sabile, the winery cultivates a 4-hectare vineyard – the largest commercial vineyard in Latvia and one of the northernmost in the world. The harvested grapes are used to produce award-winning wines. Apples At the 4-hectare apple orchard next to the winery in Tukums grow apple trees that were planted during Soviet times and represent the industrial varieties of that period. Meanwhile, a certified organic apple orchard has been established near Sabile. From the harvest, excellent and award-winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are crafted. For Visitors The owners warmly invite guests to visit the winery, learn its story, and enjoy a tasting of various drinks. For groups, snack platters can be pre-ordered. The winery also offers spaces for events – seminars, parties, and corporate gatherings. 	Forest retreat "Baldone"	The “Baldone Sauna for Friends” weekend house offers families, couples, good friends and small groups rooms for leisure amidst a mighty forest of beautiful fir and pine trees during the summer and the winter. Fans of sauna rituals can enjoy a sauna according to the Latvian style, with aromatic herbal teas, a salt or coffee scrub, and a bucket of cold water for contrast. Outside is a tub of hot water for leisure and conversations during which the tops of the pine trees, the moon and the stars can be watched. Guests have access to a large living room with a fireplace and a well-appointed kitchenette. There are four bedrooms – a yellow one with six single beds and a double bed, a lavatory and a shower; as well as violet, reddish and green rooms with double beds that share a lavatory and a shower. There is room for as many as 18 people in all.
	Meza skuki	This is an apiary which you can tour and then taste honey and buy products. There are also sauna rituals for health and beauty.
	Watermill of the Krape manor	The watermill of the Krape Estate is found on the Lobe River in the Ogre Administrative District. Owners offer tours of the mill so that you can learn how the old mill operates. You can stroll along the banks of the river or learn about plants in the meadow. There are places for tenting, but the main operation here is the production of elixirs from meadow plants, production of soy wax candles, production of etheric oils and hydrolats, a well as growing trout and African catfish that can be viewed during the season. A new thing is SPA services with floating, a halotherapy salt beach and an aromatherapy steam system. Floating is a unique way to boost your health. You’ll be dipped into a warm magnesium salt solution, which will allow your body to relax completely in physical, emotional and intellectual terms. The solution (MgSO4) is very concentrated, and it has a temperature of +37C, which is body temperature. That’s what makes the procedure so relaxing. Your body will not sink because of the concentration of salt, and you will float above it like bobber. You will relax all of your tendons and possibly compressed nerves. Your limbs will “oil up.” Your body will receive a very necessary dose of magnesium through your skin. You can also take part in baking KrapesKrepes crepes – home baked crepes made of milk from one neighbouring homestead and eggs from another neighbouring homestead. You can also prepare a meal on a Himalayan salt board
	Jaunpils Handicraft House	The Jaunpils Crafts House opened on May 10, 2015, and it is home to a group of weavers from Jaunpils that was established in 1970, as well as the “Dzīpars” organisation. The group is led by a master weaver, Velga Pavlovska, who is happy to share her knowledge with the 18 women who are part of the group. She organises the work of women who do handicrafts, and she also conducts tours and creative workshops. Visitors can learn about the work of weavers and other master handicraft specialists, take part in educational master classes, go on tours and purchase various souvenirs.
	Abavas gimenes vindaritavas vinogu darzs un vinotava	The vineyard of the ABAVA family winery covers 3.5 ha at this time, and is being expanded year by year. We have a wide range of types of grapes, and we harvest them each year to produce a limited amount of wine. The winery was set up by the family of Mārtiņš and Liene Barkāns, and it is a well-developed company which produces high-quality beverages from fruits and berries that are grown in Latvia. The ABAVA winery was established in 2010, and it quite quickly became one of Latvia’s leading wineries.
	The IKS Park	The IKS Park organisation offers rural joy, playing around and relaxing at the edge of a forest. Visitors can engage in crafts, learn about medicinal plants from Latvia in an interactive way and also learn about the properties of same. There are two different territories. One is an open-air exhibition of medicinal plants, with six beds of various plants. Visitors are invited to stroll through the garden and learn about plants that might be useful and appropriate for them. There is also room for mini-football, a barefoot trail, an “ant trail” that is a relay race with various steps, a pergola and a class to teach about nature. Second, there is a small farm with workshops and a mini zoo. Under a large canopy or in a cosy fireplace hall, visitors can try their hand at traditional and modern Latvian crafts. There is also a chance to play various games, some of which are quite ancient, indeed. Master craftsmen at the farm offer practical activities that allow visitors to produce their own souvenirs. Class topics include weaving of blankets from plants, jewellery making, soap making, grinding of flour, etc.
	Zilver Beverages	Zilver beverages come from the Zilver family country house in Sigulda. Our Story Initially, the cider makers produced cider for their own needs, using the harvest from their apple orchard. The family business’s main products are fruit and berry wines. Cider became a favourite drink of the Zilver family, especially in the summer. Its taste and quality were also appreciated by family friends and clients, which led the family to expand cider production. Apples The farm’s apple orchard has around 80 different apple varieties, some of which are specifically selected for cider-making. Ciders Zilver produces Quince Semi-Sweet Cider and Wild Apple Cider. For Visitors Guests are offered a tour of the production facility, as well as cider and wine tastings with snacks. During the summer season, visitors can observe the "captured apples" – apples grown directly in bottles and later infused with apple brandy. 	The “Putelkrogs” café	This family-run café is on the edge of the Jelgava-Tērvete road, at the historic Pūteļi dairy processing plant. Latvian cuisine: Goat’s cheese, cold beet soup, grey peas with bacon, herring with potatoes and cottage cheese, roast pork, veal with wild mushroom sauce, pork roast in heather honey, crepes with heather honey, rye bread, birch juice, cranberry beverage, vodka, local beers. Special foods: Zeppelins a la Pūteļkrogs, served with wild mushroom sauce, chicken filet stuffed with tomatoes, goat’s cheese and dried tomatoes.
	Saules Kvartals	The flats of Saules Kvartāls (Block of Sun) are found in the city centre and at a 15-minute walk from the Ventspils Olympics Centre and the skateboard park, 10 minutes from the Reņķa garden, 15 minutes from a children’s playground and other tourist destinations. The nearest store is just 100 metres away. There are three types of rooms at Saules Kvartāls – a studio flat for a family, a small room for two, and a two-room studio type flat. All of the apartments have a television set and WIFI, as well as a small kitchen where you can boil water in a kettle. There is also a stove along with kitchen equipment and utensils. All guests have a common use grill with the necessary equipment to use free of charge. There are also garden furnishings, a trampoline for the kids, and a sauna.
