Since 1820 people have been brewing Estonian beer here using local ingredients, like groundwater, yeast and others. The Saku Brewhouse name comes from the previous brewery that worked until 1992. The brewhouse also has a museum where you can see beer production from centuries ago until this very day. During the tour it is possible to taste freshly made beer. Minors are not allowed to participate in the tour.

This grand hiking tour is provided for experienced hikers wishing to walk along a large part of the coasts of Latvia and Estonia, gain a detailed impression about the diverse coastal landscape, nature, birds and animals of the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Coastal Hiking Route sometimes runs through sandy beaches, sometimes along sections of beach covered in stones and pebbles. Sometimes the trail goes through coastal forests or stops at a fishermen’s village. There are many floodplain meadows, lagoons and shallow bays on the Estonian side, so sometimes the path goes along coastal trails and roads. In the end section of the route you will feel Estonia’s Nordic nature more. Part of the route runs along a sparsely populated seashore where you can be alone with yourself, but you will also be able to visit the most prominent cities. You will visit both capitals: Rīga and Tallinn. Enjoy the hospitality of the resort towns of Jūrmala, Pärnu and Haapsalu. During the hike, you will also get acquainted with the regions of small ethnic cultures: the Livonians in Latvia and the inhabitants of Kihnu in Estonia.

Mulgima or Mulgi is a cultural and historical region in the south of Estonia. The part of Viljandi county located south of the rivers Raudna and Tenasilma was considered to be region of Mulgimaa.

In ancient times, Mulgi farmers were famous for their sharp minds and determination, which helped to buy land from German-Baltic nobles and become rich farmers. The icons of Mulgi culture - the dialect, the well-known men's long black jacket and the traditional Mulgi porridge - have survived to this day.

Happiness House (Laimes maja) is a recreation place situated in a very beautiful place on the seashore – on Cape Kolka. Here you will have a chance to relax, watch sunrises and sunsets, enjoy the sea, quiteness and peace.
Laimes maja is an ecological building of a cylinder shape, made of fur tree timber with a big oval mirrorlike window. Laimes maja has a characteristic oval shape which gives the house originality of a beautiful design. One end of the house is made of a big half-oval window from which one can see a beatufil landscape. The bed in the house is situated right near the window in order to give visitors unforgettable romantic experiences by feeling united with the landscape and nature outside.

The most populated place in The Curonian Spit - old curonian village - Nida. Until 19th century Nida's citizens were mainly fishermen. Later it became a popular resort. The Joži farm is along the side of the Jaunpils-Viesata road in Jaunpils.  It is one of the largest grain farms in Latvia (winter and summer grains, as well as rapeseed), and it was established in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  Today the farm has 14 grain silos and is reconstructing its grain drying facility.  The farm has some 5,000 ha of land and state-of-the-art farm equipment.  Owners  Gunvaldis and Guna Sproģis have been actively involved in various EU projects and have won various competitions such as the "Sower" competition.
