The hosts offer to taste dried fish or fish soup, also from your own catch. There are 17 fish ponds for fishing.

In "Paradises" it is also possible to organize celebrations in the open air, as well as to spend the night in tents.

На проспекте Курмаяс 16/18 находится Лиепайский историко-художественный музей. Музейный фонд (всего более 100 000 экспонатов)разместился в построенном в 1901 году в стиле эклектизма (с элементами готики) доме, который строился по эскизам берлинского архитектора Эрнеста фон Ине и проекту П. М. Берчи. В экспозиции представлена каменная стела – единственная подобного рода находка в странах Балтии с могильника под Гробиней (могильник Скандинавов).

The Eversmuiža Estate is in the centre of Cibla and is dominated by a 1680 mansion that was built in the style of Classicism and was rebuilt several times later.  There is a home for servants, a gatehouse and ancillary buildings that are in poor shape.  A stone wall surrounds the park of the estate.  Since the 17th century and for nearly two centuries, the estate belonged to an aristocratic Polish family, after it was owned by various others.  Today the mansion houses a boarding school and the Cibla Regional Research Museum, which offers tours.  A cultural and historical trail runs along the banks of the Ilža River.

Natālija Rutule owns this workshop in the Alsunga Museum building.  She teaches master classes in preparing various health and beauty products.  A sound workshop offers a chance to listen to the peaceful sounds of gongs, bells and other instruments.

Laidze Parish Farm "Cukuriņi" is engaged in sea buckthorn cultivation. The farm covers about 10,000 sea buckthorns on an area of 6 hectares. The fields are treated with a computerized irrigation system. The owners of the grown berries both sell and process it themselves, obtaining sea buckthorn juice, oil and frozen berries.

The church is on the highest part of the banks of the Marku river, and it is behind the Piedruja border control point.  A paved street leads to the church, and it is thought that it was built in the early 20th century by local farmers, who were required to bring stones for the street when they attended worship services.  The church has six cupolas and is seen as one of the most beautiful ones in the Krāslava Administrative District.  The building was erected between 1883 and 1885 to replace an old 17th century wooden church.  It corresponds to the architectural form of the Old Russian town of Vladimir and the Byzantine style.  It is said that at one time the church had as many as 1,000 members.
