	Farmers’ market STRAUPES FARMERS’ MARKET	This market sells produces from local farmers and home manufacturers who offer traditional and seasonal food which they grow and prepare themselves. You can purchase vegetables, fruit, fresh and smoked meat, cheese, bread, country tortes, homemade wine and various household and gardening objects.
	Garikas	This is the first farm in Latvia which began to grow mushrooms. Informative tours are available, advice is given, and guests are treated with the “emperor mushroom” sauce or soup. You can also order other foods which involve shitake mushrooms or purchase them in dry or powdered form. The owner also produces an ancient herbal beverage called “Ponšo,” and it is only available at Garīkas.
	Ligatne Winery	Līgatne Winery is a family business that produces special ciders in the Gauja National Park. Our Story Līgatne Winery is a family business established in 2010 with the aim of producing high-quality, delicious homemade wine from berries and fruits grown in Latvia. For several years now, the company has also been producing cider. Apples The family’s orchard is located in Gauja National Park, where they use autumn and winter apple varieties to create sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. The newer cider apple trees, known for their red flesh, yield a juice that gives the cider a pink hue. Ciders They produce sweet apple ice cider and semi-sweet quince cider. For Visitors Tastings are held by candlelight in the sandstone cave "Lustūzis" in Līgatne, accompanied by stories about the historical Līgatne paper mill village, caves, cliffs, and the traditions of winemaking and cider production. As a snack to pair with the drinks, cheese made from fresh milk from a local farm is offered. 	Kesterciema Peonijas	A collection of peonies in the garden in Ķesterciems which is just 300 metres from the sea. The collection has been put together over the course of many years, with some that were first grafted in the 18th century and others that are completely new varieties. Each year the range is supplemented, with a bit more than 800 different kinds right now. Peony blossoms are at their peak attractiveness around mid-June.
	Ludza Craftsmen Centre	Here you can examine and purchase crafts by more than 40 Lettigalian craftspeople. A guide dressed in an Ancient Lettigalian folk costume will tell you about the lives of ancient Baltic tribes, the emergence of craftsmanship in the region, ancient laws related to ethics and work, and traditions. There are demonstrations of the crafts and lessons about the ancient skills. Groups can enjoy a luncheon of Lettigalian dishes, and learn how to bake bread and prepare beverages in an old-fashioned Lettigalian kitchen. The local craftsmen's salon and home producer's store Cymuss and Latgaļu kukņa, a member of the Latgale culinary heritage network. For groups, Latgaļu kukņa offers lunches and a special skills school for learning to prepare Latgalian food, bread and drinks. Latvian cuisine: Grey peas, dumplings in cream sauce, Lettigalian pastries and moonshine alcohol. Special foods: Lamb testicles and cabbage soup with mutton.

Dzīvnieku atrašanās un ballīšu rīkošanas pasākumi naktsmītnē netiek atbalstīti.
	Dzirnupes	This is an organic farm, and visitors are invited to join in the fieldwork - gather hay, make sauerkraut, pull weeds, milk a goat, watch the geese, catch some fish and then smoke them in accordance with the farmer’s own recipe. Visitors can also help to bake bread. There’s a sauna where you can inhale the aroma of healthy grasses and drink some medicinal teas.
	The Vaidelotes farm	This is a farm which popularises Latvian lives, organises traditional rituals, and provides guests with tasty country foods such as porridge, dumplings, pierogi and pastries made of grain and roughly ground flour that are produced at the farm itself. You can purchase teas, herbs and country goodies. Latvian cuisine: Soups, porridges, desserts, pierogi, sheet cakes and country tortes. Special foods: Dumplings made of roughly ground whole wheat flour with cottage cheese and bacon.
	Very Berry	This farm was one of the first to grow large-berry cranberries and blackberries in Latvia (since 1997). The swamp used to be used for peat moss extraction, but today it is home to cranberry, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry fields. You can pick, taste and purchase berries and take a tour. We also recommend a visit to the Very Berry factory (approximately 3 km away in Dārzciems), where juices, syrups and beverages are manufactured.
	Abava Winery	Abava Winery, located in the Abava River Valley in Kurzeme, invites you to sample Latvia’s fruit and berry ciders, wines, and distillates. Our Story The inspiration to create the winery came to the owners during their honeymoon trip, while visiting Europe’s oldest wineries. It is now regarded as the largest winery and cidery in Latvia. Apples The 4-hectare apple orchard includes trees planted during the Soviet era, representing the industrial apple varieties of that time. Ciders Abava ciders are made from apples grown in Latvia and stand out with their distinctive northern flavour – a classic Old World heritage, enriched with northern herbs, berries, fruit characteristics, and bold creative blends. Abava ciders have been awarded at international exhibitions and competitions. For Visitors The owners invite you to visit the cidery, learn about the story of cider, and enjoy various ciders during a tasting. Groups can order platters of snacks and catering. During the harvest season, guests are invited to participate in apple picking. The cider estate also offers venues for events, seminars, parties, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The widest selection of drinks and the friendliest prices are available at the Abava Winery shop on-site.
	The Lejnieki farm	The farm breeds dairy and meat goats. They make yogurt, cheeses from the goat milk. They also make ecological organic goat's milk soap. In the farm they also grow rhubarb and make syrups and juices from it. You can take a tour, view the animals, taste milk, yogurt, various cheeses, meats sausages, etc.) and purchase the products, as well.
	Madonas Alus	Madonas Alus darītava atrodas savā vēsturiskajā vietā "Bodniekos", kur jau kopš 1906. gada ticis brūvēts miestiņš. 	LEISURE COMPLEX "BRIVKALNI"	Holiday complex and holiday houses in Vidzeme near Bērzkrogs. "BrīvKalni" is a suitable place for celebrations, accommodation or rest. During the warm season (April - October), the recreation complex has the opportunity to celebrate in the banquet hall for up to 50 people, celebrate family holidays in the gazebo with live fire, hold seminars and cohesive / sports games, spend the night in one of the 10 holiday homes, enjoy a sauna ritual on the island and walk through the large ~ 25 ha territory of the recreation complex, enjoying the landscape of Vidzeme. 	SMILCIU VILLA	The villa is situated at the crossroad of Smilciu and Zveju Streets, near the sea – about 3-5 minutes walk through the pine forest. Access to the common beach, nearby – the women beach area. The center of Palanga and spots where main events and shows take place, and Basanaviciaus Street – in about 7-10 minutes walk. The villa was founded in 2008 in a four-storey building. It offers accommodation in one of 19 modern and luxuriously equipped rooms.

2 days	Cooking at Malpils Manor	Spend two days enjoying the comfort of Malpils Manor and participate at the cooking class with the manor' s chef. 	PIVAROOTSI WINDMILL	The Dutch-style windmill is situated in Western Estonia near Virtsu, by the sea in the village of Pivarootsi. The windmill was built in 1869 and renovated in 2004. Around the Dutch-style windmill is built a resort village; 3 garden houses, a sauna, a tennis court, minigolf courses, a tepee for grilling.
