The Crafts Chest store offers crafts produced by women in Sabile – knit and crocheted mittens, stockings, hats, shawls, and other useful items that will be wonderful gifts and souvenirs.

Atrodas pie tilta (Akadēmijas iela 1) pār Lielupi. 1574. g. pēc Kurzemes – Zemgales hercoga Gotharda Ketlera pavēles uzsāk jaunas baznīcas celtniecību. Dievnama tornis tapa laikā no 1686. g. – 1688. g., bet 1862. g. to paaugstināja līdz 80,5 m. Baznīca nodega padomju aviācijas uzlidojuma laikā 1944. g. 27. jūlijā. 1954. g. Padomju armijas sapieri uzspridzināja ēkas atliekas. 2009. g. sākās baznīcas torņa rekonstrukcija un šobrīd tajā izveidots izcils interaktīvais muzejs (īpaši draudzīgs bērniem) un stiklota skatu platforma.

Trips run by Mooska Farm are a wonderful chance to learn about the rich cultural heritage of Võru County, such as the smoke sauna, the tradition of smoking meat in sauna in winter or cooking it in a stone-lined hole in the ground. Scenic walks to Vällamägi hill teach you how people in this area perceive and communicate with the great outdoors; orienteering games, Nordic walking and snowshoeing tours are also on offer. The best size for a group is up to 12 persons.

The guesthouse is on the shore of the Ancient Amata River Valley, and it was built with natural materials – local dolomite blocks. It serves ecological foods, including potatoes grown in bio-humus, wild berries and mushrooms, and country treats and greens from the guesthouse’s own garden.

In our climate zone, it is challenging to grow good grapes for wine production, but the local conditions are particularly suitable for making apple cider. This is a natural consequence that local cider producers are increasingly mastering with excellence.

The Cider Route will take you to various cideries in Latvia, as well as to restaurants and pubs that serve it. The Cider Route allows you to understand the specifics of Latvian cider, introducing you to the culinary traditions and cultural heritage of different regions. You will have the opportunity to meet the cider makers themselves, who run small farms, tend to the orchards, share about their work, and even let you participate in it.

Die Gäste sind eingeladen den traditionellen, litauischen ethnographischen Keller zu besuchen. Hier wird die Verkostung von gepökeltem Speck aus eigener Produktion mit sauren Gurken aus ökologischem Anbau geboten, zudem kann man sich Frischkäse mit verschiedenen Beerenmarmeladen schmecken lassen und die ganze Sache mit auf dem Hof erzeugten Wein und Apfelwein abrunden. Im Angebot steht ferner Kräutertee aus Gemeinem Schneeball.

Alises Zariņas bioloģiskā saimniecība nodarbojas ar kazkopību. Pašlaik ir divdesmit slaucamas kazas un no to svaigi slauktā piena tiek gatavots siers. Saimniecība dibināta 2015. gadā. 
Piena produktu ražošana mājas apstākļos ir sertificēta ar Vides kvalitāte Sertifikātu. 
Saimniecība atrodas skaistā vietā, gar dienvidu robežu tek Rūjas upe, bet rietumos robežojas ar Rūjienas pilskalnu.

The pride of the farm is a herd of approximately 100 goats, and the owner produces milk, cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt from goat milk. You can go on a tour, visit the animals, and taste and purchase biologically produced and healthy products. You can go fishing in the nearby pond and then grill your catch.

Interesanta dažāda vecuma ēku ieskauta gājēju ieliņa (gājēju daļa ~ puskilometrs), kura var novērot pilsētas arhitektūras stilu attīstību no 17. - 20. gs.
