This is an uncommon landscape for the Kurzeme region with a protected biotope – open inland dunes with meadows of silver grass and forests of deciduous trees, including the common hornbeam. Tourists can visit the Muiža (Lejas) sacred stream on the right bank of the Sventāja valley, above which they will find Latvia’s most noble bird-cherry trees. A nice reed pergola has been installed above the stream. Wide are of Sventāja River valley can be overseen from the road before the stream.

This farm is in a lovely location that offers a view of Lake Sauka. He breeds cattle which spend all year long on the sides of nearby hillocks. The owner will offer you a tour, show you the animals, and offer sweet cherries and apples from his garden.

Atrodas Numerenes dabas parka teritorijā. 20 m augstais tornis uzbūvēts uz t.s. Numerenes vaļņa, no kura paveras plaša ainava un aizaugošām lauksaimniecības zemēm un nelielu mitrāju ar Kugreņa ezeru austrumu virzienā. Torņa apkaimē izveidota izziņas taka.

On the left bank of the Gauja River, opposite the Piķene cliff is the mighty Beite cliff which is split by a deep ravine. On the left side there is Ķeizarskats (Emperor's View), which is approximately 67 metres above the level of the Gauja and offers a fine view of Krimulda and the Turaida Castle. The viewing place was installed in 1862, when Russian Tsar Alexander II visited Sigulda. On the right side of the ravine is the mighty wooden Ķeizarkrēsls (Emperor's Chair). To get there, you have to cross the ravine (there are wooden stairs and a forest trail). You can go around it on Laurenču, Kalna and Gulbju streets.

The Krimulda Estate was first recorded in documents in the 15th century.  The Krimulda Castle that can be seen now is on the right bank of the ancient Gauja River valley opposite the aerial tram.  There are outstanding views of the ancient river valley from the castle and the opposite shore.  The Krimulda Castle is a Neo-Classical structure which was built by a local nobleman in the 19th century.  In the 1920s, the castle was expropriated and turned over to the Latvian Red Cross, which installed a children's sanatorium there.  Today the Krimulda rehabilitation hospital is in the building, and among other structures, the ones that have survived include the stables, threshing barn, servants' quarters, governor's quarters, and the so-called Swiss house.  Educational tours are available, and overnight stays are possible at the estate.

Neliela apdzīvota vieta nacionālā parka ziemeļrietumu daļā, kur kādreiz atradusies Rebases muiža. Mūsdienās no tās saglabājušās klēts atliekas, pie kurām apskatāms interesants vēstures liecinieks – sens akmens, ko izmantoja kulšanas procesā (Peksukivi).

Saimniecība atrodas Kokneses novada Bilstiņos. SIA "Rīta putni" nodarbojas ar paipalu olu un gaļas delikatešu ražošanu. Reģistrēti divi zīmoli "Olalā" - paipalu olas un to produkti  un "Bučers"- paipalu gaļas produkti.

Saimniecībā ir veikals "BĀRS un BODE", kurā iegādāties svaigākos produktus un pavadīt mirkli ar saimniekiem un laiku ar draugiem, kā arī nogaršot paipalu olu omleti vai grilētu paipalu gaļu. Saimnieki rīko dažādas interesantas degustācijas.

Ir arī dārzs ar eksotiskiem augiem un stikla siltumnīcu. Siltumnīca ir pieejama rezervācija nelielām svinībām, fotosesijai vai meistarklasēm.

The Preiļi Estate is in the southern part of Preiļi. During the Soviet era, the mansion was home to a variety of institutions. A fire burned much of the upper part of the building in 1978. The mansion was never restored, and it can only be viewed from the outside. Around it, however, is one of Latvia’s most outstanding landscape parks (mid-19^th century). Irēna Kjarkuža offers interesting tours of the state, with interesting legends and songs in the Lettigalian language.
