“Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.

All appartments have a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and oven. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided for 40 Sun guests. The property provides free laundry services.

A farmstead by the Pildas lake and the Pilda river, 9km from Ludzas. rooms for guests in a converted barn and in summer cottage. Traditional potato pancakes for breakfast. Guest house "Divas Upes" is located in the village of "Bilstiņi" in Koknese parish, at the place where Pērse flows into the Daugava, opposite the ruins of Koknese castle. The house has 6 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding extra beds. There is a large living room with a fireplace, where the host prepares dinner for his guests. In summer, dinner is prepared on the backyard terrace.

The owner of the guest house makes smoked meat and sausages, so guests are invited to participate in the process and tastings.

There is a camping site for motor homes and tent sites. The guest house also has a steam room with a separate fireplace hall. There is a place for rest by the water on the bank of Perse (where Perse waterfall was once located). Active guests can take a rowing boat or kayak. There are country roads for cycling, a walking trail for Nordic walking and walking.

“Salnēni” is a modern little house in a quiet location amid nature and not far from scenic Vecpiebalga.  It has one floor with a bedroom on the balcony.  A pull-out couch is on the first floor, and there is space to accommodate four people.  The kitchen has equipment, including a coffee press, a milk foaming apparatus, dishes, glasses, herbs and spices, oil and coffee.  There is a terrace with furnishings, and for an additional fee you have access to a sauna and a jacuzzi.

The Log Sauna House with a spacious outdoor terrace, wood sauna and a hall with fireplace and lounge (up to 25 persons) and comfortable sleeping places.
Spacious meadows and forests, several ponds, a heated water tub, furnished outdoor canopy and a fire site. It is possible to organize camps and sports games. In case if the existing ponds seem to be too small, in a 5 minute drive away there is a Rideļu lake and the Baltic sea is 10 minutes away from the complex.

"Sipoli Design" is your contemporary rural escape. It is a place where to relax and celebrate life! The cottage is 80m2 large surrounded by spacious yard, 2 ponds, sauna house and resting areas. Sea is only 850 m away. We pride ourselves having the largest millstone collection here. Occasionally you can spot some hare or red deer at the neighborhood.
