Holiday House "In Pitrags by Andris" is near Kolka and Mazirbe, in the small fishermen village Pitrags. Holiday house are with kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed on the first floor and 2 single beds on the upper floor. Both holiday lodge and camping area situated in a quiet forest, undisturbed atmosphere from the rest of the neighborhood, only about 800 m from the sea coast. Camping area can accommodate about 50 tents and 3 trailers. There is also a chance to see the variety of ways the ancient fence in one place, as well as a walk along the 1 km long forest path. |

The brothers Imants and Ivars Novožilovs have spent more than 10 years collecting local evidence of World War II – weapons, wrecks of armoured vehicles, the everyday objects of soldiers, etc., and they have now opened an exhibition of those items at the former headquarters of the local parish council.

A memorial to Finnish soldiers in
Klapkalnciems – five such soldiers from
World War I are buried here. The memorial
was first installed in 1929, but it was
destroyed by the Soviet authorities. It was
recreated in May 2004. The Lapmežciems
Museum features photographs and more
information about the Finnish soldiers.

The German order built a stone castle here in 1242, and only a few fragments of it remain along with a vaulted cellar in which local wines can be tasted if you register in advance. The castle of the Duke of Courland was here later, but it was destroyed during the Great Northern War in 1701. Reconstruction of the park involved wooden pathways and bridges, information stands, a pergola and a fountain. There are 22 sculptures in the park that are the work of Līvija Razevska. |

The craftsman uses wicker to produce chairs and tables, as well as wood to make household and practical objects. You can take a tour of the very neat farm, which features wooden sculptures. |

It is the seashore territory of the Gulf of Pärnu, 13 km between Vöiste and Häädemeeste with shallow waters, vast coastal meadows, the highest dune range in Estonia and the Tolkuse Mire (Tolkuse raba). The Tolkuse mire trail (~2.2 km) and watching tower are available for dune and mire sightseeing tours. Situated in Luitemaa Nature Reserve. |

In the centre of the Old City, on the corner of Latgales and Baznīcas streets, the church was built in the style of Russian Classicism between 1843 and 1845. The ceiling and wall paintings were recently restored, and the bell in the steeple weighs 1,667 kg. |
