The owner has a collection of some 2,000 spoons which he has carved from 70 types of wood from trees and bushes during more than 30 years. The smallest spoon is made of osier, while the largest one, “A European Spoon,” is larger than the height of a human being. The artist also produces paintings made of wood. Z / S "Kaņepītes" is a family company founded in 1992. The farm takes its name from the name of the house given to it in 1924. Organic farm where cereals are grown and processed into food. The production of the products is small, but the technique has an ancient atmosphere, a stone, wooden mill that gives a special taste and aroma to flour and oatmeal. This landscape park has survived to the present day and was installed between 1850 and 1860.  On one side the territory has a boundary that is the dammed Kruoja River, and on the other side there is a fence made of fieldstones.  The English park principles at that time meant that advantage was given to a natural landscape with imitations of nature.  There are some 26 types of trees in the park, and some of them were introduced from various parts of the world a few centuries ago.

The farm museum presents the life and activities of Carl Robert Jakobson (an outstanding 19th C public person, writer and teacher) and his farmstead. The Limbažu Cheese factory has more than 90 years of experience with dairy processing.  It only uses milk from local farmers in Vidzeme, while the dairy processing technologies have been brought in from Switzerland.  Limbažu Cheese exports 95% of its output.  Alongside the company and on the other side of the street from the ruins of the Limbaži castle is a little store where the company’s products can be bought.
