This location produces alcoholic beverages, including vodka called “Red Cliff Water”, other vodkas, and liqueurs made of cranberries, lingonberries, blackberries, mountain-ash, sea buckthorn, as well as a special “Christmas balsam.” Tours are available with interesting stories about how the beverages are produced. |

The owner has a collection of some 2,000 spoons which he has carved from 70 types of wood from trees and bushes during more than 30 years. The smallest spoon is made of osier, while the largest one, “A European Spoon,” is larger than the height of a human being. The artist also produces paintings made of wood. You can watch him at work, purchase the spoons, and tour his museum. |

The factory produces milk candy “Gotiņa”, toffee, sherbet, marmalade and candy cream from natural ingredients. We obtain fresh milk from local farms; other ingredients for the production process are obtained in the surrounding area. Each piece of candy “Gotiņa” is hand-wrapped. |

This former training route runs through the shoreline forests from the northern part of Ventspils (there was once a tank division in Ziemeļu Street there) all the way to Ovīši. Today it is a wide, sandy and overgrown track.

This saloon is in a lovely place – the ancient Abava River valley between Kandava and Sabile. It is housed in an historical building with among the largest chimneys in the Baltic States. A camp for water tourists is alongside the saloon. Z / S "Kaņepītes" is a family company founded in 1992. The farm takes its name from the name of the house given to it in 1924. Organic farm where cereals are grown and processed into food. The production of the products is small, but the technique has an ancient atmosphere, a stone, wooden mill that gives a special taste and aroma to flour and oatmeal. Now the assortment already has 30 different product types. |

Legendary restaurant Halinga is located on the roadside of Via Baltica half an hour’s drive from Pärnu in the direction of Tallinn. The restaurant is suitable for both busy travellers and organising events, including for large groups. We use as many local ingredients as possible and cook according to local recipes. |

In the studio it is possible to buy or order different craftsmanship items, as well as to learn about craftsmanship process. The studio specializes in creating folk costumes, weaving and all sorts of handicrafts, creating jewellery, patchwork, sewing and silk painting. This landscape park has survived to the present day and was installed between 1850 and 1860. On one side the territory has a boundary that is the dammed Kruoja River, and on the other side there is a fence made of fieldstones. The English park principles at that time meant that advantage was given to a natural landscape with imitations of nature. There are some 26 types of trees in the park, and some of them were introduced from various parts of the world a few centuries ago. |

The farm museum presents the life and activities of Carl Robert Jakobson (an outstanding 19th C public person, writer and teacher) and his farmstead. Visitors can see cattle, sheep, horses and renovated outbuildings. They can also test their skills in farm jobs; Estonian food is available if booked in advance. |

The café is located 200 m south of the Stāmeriena Castle in Vecstāmeriena. It is in one of the historical buildings of the local baronial estate and has an antique interior. It is possible to try out dishes typical for Gulbene district. |

This is the second thickest tree in Latvia and the Baltic States. There is a large and open hole in the trunk of the tree. Like most trees of its size, it has suffered lightning damage. The tree is a wonderful part of the landscape, and a little wooden fence has been put up around it.

The Limbažu Cheese factory has more than 90 years of experience with dairy processing. It only uses milk from local farmers in Vidzeme, while the dairy processing technologies have been brought in from Switzerland. Limbažu Cheese exports 95% of its output. Alongside the company and on the other side of the street from the ruins of the Limbaži castle is a little store where the company’s products can be bought. |

The History Centre Wittenstein is located in the Livonian Order castle on the rampart hill in Paide, where a time machine lift transports visitors through historic events and periods.
