Tours

Presented here are study tours of two geographical regions of Latvia. The study tours are dedicated to rye bread – a symbol of Latvianness – and, along with telling about the traditions of rye bread-baking and eating, the tours provide insight into the journey of the rye grain throughout history to the present day, all while enjoying various objects of interest and visiting farms in various regions. These study tours are designed for groups, possible to adopt to each client and in terms of his or her needs, interests and timeframe. Tours include: meetings with experts, visits, touristic services – accommodation, catering, sightseeing, bus rent, guides-interpreters.

The tours have been developed in cooperation with the Latvian Bakers’ Association.
