Apartment hotel is located in Riga, Gertrudes street 129 (entrance from Valmieras street 7). The hotel is only a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive from the Old Town. Set in a completely renovated historic building, the apartments feature high ceilings, ergonomic design and modern furniture. There are 16 apartments with one or two bedrooms.

In 2017, a design hotel was opened in Cesis, on the banks of the Gauja River. At the end of 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century Russian aristocrats built villas for summer recreation here. At present, six hectares of the territory are home to three villas (Villa Santa, Villa Ieva and Villa Carola) with a restaurant, a hall of TILTA HOUSE, an ancient apple garden and a restored wooden gazebo. The hotel has 30 rooms, with a light interior, with a touch of Scandinavian minimalism and Latvian bourgeoisie, preserving the aura of the summer cottage.

Viesnīca - restorāns "Jēkaba Sēta"  atrodas pašā Kurzemes sirdī Kuldīgā, viesus sāka uzņemt  2014. gadā. Viesnīcā ir mājīgi vienvietīgi, divvietīgi un ģimenes numuri. Ir arī neliela SPA zona ar Tvaika pirti un Somu pirti, kā arī tiek piedāvātas masāžas. No viesnīcas paveras skats uz Kuldīgas gājēju ielu – Liepājas ielu.

Restorāns viesiem piedāvā nogaršot tradicionālus un latviskus ēdienus ar mūsdienu garšas akcentiem. Piedāvā arī svinību telpas vai izbraukuma ēdināšanu - banketiem, furšetos un kafijas pauzēs.

Rooms of various standards: Standard class (SGL and DBL/TWIN rooms with en suite WC and shower or bath), Business class (king size bed or TWIN, minibar), Luxury class (air conditioning). All rooms with cable TV, telephone, WiFi. The hotel restaurant „Upe" is one of the best in town. A seminar room. Car rent, guarded parking lot, laundry service. The hotel guests are entitled to reduced entrance fees to a number of leisure facilities in town.
