A 100 year old wooden house with all modern conveniences retaining its cosy aura after renovation. 3 rooms, a large, convenient kitchen and a veranda on the 1st floor. 2 large 5-bed mansard apartments and a kitchen on the 2nd floor. The Saulgriezes guesthouse is near Bernāte with 10 flats of different types and sizes.  There is a pine forest near the guesthouse, and the beach is 500 m away.  Guests have access to a playground for children, as well as a place for campfires.  The flats are appropriate for families with children, business trips, or leisure alone, as a couple or with a group of friends.

All of the flats have sleeping areas with bed linens, a leisure zone, a dining area and a kitchen where light meals can be prepared.  The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, an electric tea kettle, an oven surface, dishes and utensils.  Guests also have access to a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, slippers, towels, lavatory items and hygienic items.  There are televisions in the flats, along with free WIFI and a private parking spot for cars.  The territory also has a sauna with a leisure area, as well as a banquet room for approximately 60 guests.
