The renovated estate complex from the 16th century is located in 20km from Saldus. Different standard rooms for guests in the hotel and cottages accommodating totally 150 persons. A 100 year old wooden house with all modern conveniences retaining its cosy aura after renovation. 3 rooms, a large, convenient kitchen and a veranda on the 1st floor. 2 large 5-bed mansard apartments and a kitchen on the 2nd floor. Recreation and tourism centre “Ezernieki” is located 200 km from Riga, 30 km from Madona and 15 km from Lubāna town on the bank of Sala lake in Visagals. A great choice for calm recreation as well as for the corporative seminars banquets or games. A log-building house of three floors offers the large hall, open-fire hall, kitchen, great sauna with swimming-pool and nine comfy bedrooms with WC and shower. Near the large house there is a family house with two bedrooms, separated amenities, shower, kitchen and open-fire hall. „Ezernieki” offers the place for activities up to 70 persons, as both buildings together can offer 35 comfortable double beds. Large and facilitated neighbourhood is appropriate for large sports and recreation activities (up to 2000 persons). Leisure Complex “Josti” is located in a scenic place, surrounded by woods. It gives you an opportunity to stay away from everyday noise and rush. In a quiet and comfortable farmstead you can spend your holidays or vacation, relax alone or with your friends and family, celebrate holidays and enjoy the stillness of the natural beauty around and become a part of it.
There are opportunities to take a sauna, go to a flower tub, swim, fish, cook your catch on a campfire, watch mouflons, roe deer and cranes from watchtowers, walk a nature trail or do nothing and just be a part of the nature.
Leisure Complex includes:
The Guest House with a banquet hall for celebrations (up to 40 persons), open fire and oak wood furniture, a dining room, kitchen, wardrobe, rooms with amenities (16 bed sites in total). If necessary, we are organizing meals and events. We are also offering a 2 bedroom apartment with their own kitchen and separate entrance.
The Log Sauna House with a spacious outdoor terrace, wood sauna and a hall with fireplace and lounge (up to 25 persons) and comfortable sleeping places.
Spacious meadows and forests, several ponds, a heated water tub, furnished outdoor canopy and a fire site. It is possible to organize camps and sports games. In case if the existing ponds seem to be too small, in a 5 minute drive away there is a Rideļu lake and the Baltic sea is 10 minutes away from the complex.

Tourism Information Centre in Embute

Tourism Information Centre and tourist base for young travellers is situated in the nature park of Embute. The surroundings are ideal for walks, Nordic walks, bike riding, skiing. The  2,5 km long nature trail, Joda dam, sightseeing tower. The valley of Embute is surrounded from all sides by ten meters high hills  – Pavarkalns, Vereskalns, Radinkalns, the site of ancient settlement of Embute and the highest of all – Krievu hill (190 m above sea level).

The services of a guide – nature, local legends, history. Three bikes for rent.

Embute is traditionally connected to the tragedy of Rainis named „Indulis and Arija”- there is a possibility to organize open-air excursions for groups of school students, to visit places connected to the legend of the play.

The remains of Embute church are used for wedding ceremonies in the open air. The place is ideal for organizing camps, art sessions, adventure competitions. The facilities of the lodgings include: 5-person and 6-person rooms and a double room on two floors of the house. On each floor there is a shared bathroom and a toilet. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor there is a dining room and a kitchen corner. Room for celebrations for up to 50 people.
