A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The accommodation consists of six separate cabins on the Saka River, assigned to the international alphabet signs Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot, often used in maritime navigation.
