A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

“Oasis” is a family company.  The family successfully opened a series of restaurants, including “Zviedru vārti.”  The owners have now taken a new step and offered a chance to watch birds at Lake Babīte.  3.5 ha of land, with room for tents and picnics, and soon there will be a sauna for 2-4 people and a holiday house for 2-4.  Also on offer will be a hot jacuzzi with hydro-massage and LED lights.  The site is 30 minutes by car from Rīga.  Drive down the Ventspils highway and take the turn that leads to Gātciems.

A  weekend house is situated near Limbazu Lielezers. Rooms are suitable both for celebrations and for rest in the countryside peace and quiet. On the first floor there is a hall with a fireplace, a  kitchen with crockery, a  dressing room with a shower, a bath-house and a WC. On the second floor there are 3 small rooms with beds (7 sleeping places) and two extra sleeping places with mattrasses. This is a new guesthouse and campsite 800 m from the sea at Košrags.  We offer four bedrooms, a separate bedroom with all the conveniences, and a kitchen with a separate entrance.  There are two new and well-appointed weekend cottages for four people with all conveniences and a kitchen corner.  The campsite has six cottages, room for tents, and three connections for campers.  There is a service building with showers and WC, and we also have a sauna.
