Ein separates Haus mit einem Hof oder einem größeren Gelände, das nur für die Gäste des entsprechenden Ferienhauses vorgesehen ist. In der Regel gibt es in den Ferienhäusern ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Zubehör und mit der Ausrüstung  für die Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten, sowie ein Badezimmer. Tücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen. Die Wirte können auch zusätzliche Dienstleistungen  z.B. Verpflegung, verschiedene Möglichkeiten der aktiven Erholung, Verleih von Ausrüstung, Führungen usw. anbieten.

On the 1st floor of the holiday house - lounge with fireplace and glazed veranda, sauna (50.00 EUR / evening), small kitchenette, toilet. Outside-small terrace overlooking the lake. On the 2nd floor there are 2 isolated rooms and 10 beds. By the lake - a fireplace, a well-groomed swimming area with a footbridge. Boats and catamarans can be rented.

Recreation place "Kaupēna mill" is located near Tērvete, Zemgale region. In the pension there is hall for celebrations, there is a garden with grill. Free private parking is available for guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, and there is a microwave. Turkish bath and terrace. The guest house has 15 beds for overnight stays.

Guests are also offered a holiday house "Paradise House". It is a fully equipped family house with kitchenette and 4 beds, pond view, barbecue and gazebo. Quality well / spring drinking water.
