A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

The facility has been built in a billowy territory of 10 hectares. Half of the territory is occupied by fish ponds, amidst which stands the recreation center. The 100 sq. meter house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace, combined with a kitchen. The house is spacious and bright, designed for a family or small company. It has 6 beds and two extra beds. Nature and human-friendly materials have been used in the construction of the house and decoration of the premises, everything necessary for cooking and serving in the kitchen.
