Cottages

A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

200 year-old cottage which has undergone an award-winning restoration. Incredible location in the centre of Cesis, on a pedestrian street opposite St John's church with views of its stained glass. Excellent base for walking and cycling trips around the region and Gauja National Park. A one minute walk from castle, restaurants, bars and shops. PELDMĀJA - it's life on the water in Pavilosta. The accommodation consists of six separate cabins on the Saka River, assigned to the international alphabet signs Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot, often used in maritime navigation. Each house has a spacious living room with a combined kitchen, living and bedroom, and a semi-detached floor with extra beds. Each cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the Saka River. The cottages are for 4 people, but there is also a possibility to fold the 5th bed.

Villa Gaida

Villa Gaida is a complex of 3 old wooden buildings in Saulkrasti, by the sea. Their history dates back to the 19th century. The buildings are currently being renovated and reborn for the 4th time. The big house is ready and there are 5 holiday apartments waiting for it: Rose, Peony, Water Rose, Sunflower and Poppy. The apartments have both ancient and modern interiors. They have restored furniture by Latvian masters, colored veranda glass, equipped kitchens and 1 or more bedrooms. One of the apartments has a bathtub and a roof terrace with sea views. There are also two apartments in the barn house.

The 3rd house will also be renovated, where all the guests of the apartments will have a rest - a library, a piano, a wood-burning oven and the opportunity to drink wine.

EZERKALNI

The holiday house Ezerkalni is situated in a picturesque place in the welt of Lake Raiskums, in the National Park Gauja. The guests are offered to have a rest in the newly built wooden logged house. On the first floor there is a sauna, living room, a massage shower, toilet and kitchen (microwave, electric oven, tea kettle, music player, crockery). On the second floor there is a spacious living room with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, and there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa. The room is furnished for  a nice rest for 2-6 people.
