A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

Black house - 2 bedrooms, small kitchen with the possibility to have meals on the terrace, shower, WC and sauna (sauna services for a separate fee). In the 1st bedroom - a double bed, in the 2nd bedroom  -  2 single beds.

Gray house - 2 bedrooms, small kitchen with the possibility to have meals on the terrace, shower, WC. In the 1st bedroom - a double bed, in the 2nd bedroom - two separate beds.

There are tent sites and a fireplace, as well as a separate shower room, toilet, which is also suitable for people with disabilities.

The accommodation consists of six separate cabins on the Saka River, assigned to the international alphabet signs Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo and Foxtrot, often used in maritime navigation. Each house has a spacious living room with a combined kitchen, living and bedroom, and a semi-detached floor with extra beds. Each cottage has its own private terrace overlooking the Saka River. KAUPENA DZIRNAVAS

Recreation place "Kaupēna mill" is located near Tērvete, Zemgale region. In the pension there is hall for celebrations, there is a garden with grill. Free private parking is available for guests.
