A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

The house is located in Salacgriva 200m from the river Salaca. It is divided into 3 fully equipped apartments with separate entrances. Located 15 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the store. There are three suites - two for seven people and one for five people. The apartments are well-equipped, with a terrace, garden, bicycle rental and various amenities. In addition, it offers a house with 7 rooms, a large kitchen and two bathrooms.

This is a perfect combination of the calm and beautiful latvian countryside and the impetuous and active city of Riga. “Kalnakriknas” is an ideal place where you can hold family sports events or naturist holidays. Even though this vacation house is relatively close to Riga, you can often see various wild animals like wildhogs, deers, rabbits, foxes and others. The vacation house is equipped with air conditioning and heaters. Around the house is 3.5 ha large landscaped territory.

LAIKAS

Laikas is nestled in the centenarian pine forest which is part of the Grinu Strict Nature Reserve. It is made from environmentally-friendly materials and set only a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. Featuring wooden interiors, the house offers a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen at Laikas comes with dining area, a stove, a refrigerator and essential kitchenware. Barbecue facilities are available free of charge.

Guests have a 24-hour front desk staff at their disposal and are welcome to use the free Wi-Fi around the reception area. The youngest can enjoy themselves at the children’s playground.

The lighthouse in Akmeņraga is 7 km to the Laikas. The distance to the town of Pavilosta is 34 km.

Nice rest in a country house, which is located 2 km from Aizkraukle city and 1.5 km from Aizkraukle railway station. The recreation complex is suitable for relaxation for two or a group of friends, up to 25 people.

The holiday home has three separate rooms with double beds. Can accommodate up to 16 people with extra beds.
