A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. The house usually includes a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for cooking and cutlery, a bathroom and a WC. Fresh towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owners can offer extra services such as feeding, different sorts of active rest, rent of equipment, excursions, etc.

Kaislīgiem kalnu slēpotājiem Milzkalns ir 20 minūšu braucienā ar mašīnu. Savukārt putnu vērotājiem būs ko darīt visu cauru gadu, jo pie Kaņiera ezera ir 2 putnu vērošanas torņi.

The self-service apartment "Zaļais namiņš" is located in the city center. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it has one isolated bedroom with a double bed, a living room with access to other sleeping places, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare food and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Laikas is nestled in the centenarian pine forest which is part of the Grinu Strict Nature Reserve. It is made from environmentally-friendly materials and set only a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. Featuring wooden interiors, the house offers a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen at Laikas comes with dining area, a stove, a refrigerator and essential kitchenware. Barbecue facilities are available free of charge.
