The facility has been built in a billowy territory of 10 hectares. Half of the territory is occupied by fish ponds, amidst which stands the recreation center. At the recreation center, you will enjoy countryside silence. There is no agricultural activity in the territory. The recreation center Zemturi will suit the recreation needs of big and small alike.

At the recreation center:
- you may rent a camping or holiday house
- a larger group of tourists may build a tent-town
- those who enjoy silence will love the surrounding woods and ponds abundant with fish
- fans of active recreation may organize a sports competition at the sports field
- you may throw a party or celebration
- after a hard day of enjoyment you may warm yourself up in the steam-bath

If you have a desire to escape from the urban crowd and noise, to enjoy the sun and the sea, to get a breath of pine forest, to watch lamprey fishing in the river Svētupe to go out for picking up mushrooms, to ride a bicycle or go skiing, to be inspired by the Svetupe flood-time, to feel odour of  fresh and smoked fish then plan your holidays accompanied by) your family and friends and come to the sunset beach – „Vējavas”.

Vējavas is located at the Svētupe`s  fall into the Rīga Gulf,  on the motorway Rīga – Tallinn 90th km, 10 km before Salacgrīva.

Holiday House "In Pitrags by Andris" is near Kolka and Mazirbe, in the small fishermen village Pitrags. Holiday house are with kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed on the first floor and 2 single beds on the upper floor. Both holiday lodge and camping area situated in a quiet forest, undisturbed atmosphere from the rest of the neighborhood, only about 800 m from the sea coast. Camping area can accommodate about 50 tents and 3 trailers. There is also a chance to see the variety of ways the ancient fence in one place, as well as a walk along the 1 km long forest path. 
Owners are also doing smoked fishes according the old fishermen traditions, offer the fish tasting for individuals and groups.

200 year-old cottage which has undergone an award-winning restoration. Incredible location in the centre of Cesis, on a pedestrian street opposite St John's church with views of its stained glass. Excellent base for walking and cycling trips around the region and Gauja National Park. A one minute walk from castle, restaurants, bars and shops. Wooden floor, double bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom, all tastefully furnished. Parking in the yard.

Holiday house "Spilves" is located in Krustpils region, it is a unique place in Varieši parish surrounded by pine forest, where you can spend your holidays with family or friends! The holiday house has 2 rooms, well-equipped kitchen, terrace. There is a black "smoke" sauna in the area, Ayurvedic massages are offered. A place where everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the untouched nature, the smell of the forest and flowers, the songs of birds, the buzzing of bees, silence and peace, to feel the touch of the wind! Enjoy a set of well-being in a cozy and modern holiday home, or prepare a meal on the live fire in a cast iron pot, feast on the grapes grown by host Andrejs, dine outside in "Estrāde", indulge in Ayurvedic massage procedures, sip herbal tea in a black sauna, cool off in the pond.

Kūkas railway station is located 3.5 km from the house, Riga - Rēzekne highway is 3 km away and the nearest city - Jēkabpils is 20 km away.
