A detached house with an isolated yard or a wider territory which is to be used only by the guests staying at the holiday house. Laikas is nestled in the centenarian pine forest which is part of the Grinu Strict Nature Reserve. It is made from environmentally-friendly materials and set only a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. Featuring wooden interiors, the house offers a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen at Laikas comes with dining area, a stove, a refrigerator and essential kitchenware. Barbecue facilities are available free of charge.
