A cottage 35 km from Rēzekne and just 80 m from Lake Rāzna, between the villages of Ļipuški and Dvarči.  Double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, shower/WC, sauna and country sauna.  Owners rent bicycles.  Mākoņkalns hill is nearby.

This summer cottage is especially suitable for the recreation  of friendly families with children, as well as for summer camps and seminars. On the 1st floor there is a spacious living-room with a fireplace, a built-in kitchen and a big dining table, a sauna, a dressing room, a spacious terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two separate bedrooms and one spacious passage bedroom, a WC and a shower. The cottage can be used only in the warm times – from May 1st to October 1st.
