There is a separate room for seminars and coffee breaks or luncheons, or a seminar room in which there is room for a table to serve coffee.  There are appropriate furnishings, and the room is appropriate, as well, complete with the equipment that is needed for seminars.  There are breaks for meals or some coffee.

On the banks of the Daugava River, not far from Koknese. Country sauna with great steam, leisure facilities, party room, three bedrooms. Accommodations also in a separate cottage - two double rooms, living room with fireplace and television, kitchen, amenities. The "Gubenis" saloon for parties of up to 100. Beach volleyball, a football pitch, room for tents. Trips by cutter, motorised barge, rowboats and paddel boats.
