Место для ночлега находится на расстоянии не более 5 км от моря. В информационных материалах указано,  где по отношению к морю находится дом (берег, через дорогу и т.д.).  Дается описание  близлежащей береговой полосы (песчаная, каменистая, покрыта травой), имеется и обустроено ли место для купания.  Предоставляется информация о возможностях отдыха на взморье -  волейбольная площадка, выход в море на рыбацких лодках и др.  Предоставляются шезлонги, зонты от солнца, пляжные  полотенца. В доме имеется схема / описание, как дойти до моря, указания.
