A 100 year old wooden house with all modern conveniences retaining its cosy aura after renovation. 3 rooms, a large, convenient kitchen and a veranda on the 1st floor. 2 large 5-bed mansard apartments and a kitchen on the 2nd floor. The interior is elaborated with special caring attitude and artistic touch. Car parking in the yard. It is nice to spend mild summer evenings in the yard under the large chestnut-tree.

A camping site in Mersrags offers houses for two or four people, places for tents and trailers (without connection), as well as numerous opportunities for rest and activities. At the site one can find a pond, a volleyball playground, a place for the campfire. The distance from each of the houses to the facility house (2 shower rooms and 2 WCs) is 50 m. It is also possible to buy drinks  (lemonade, juice, water) and ice-cream.

The hosts also offer professional bathhouse services. Owners has a small farm where you can see chickens, ducks, sheep and bees. Bicycles can be rented on site.

Possibility to park bicycles in a safe place. Grocery stores, a flower shop, cafes are nearby, the bus station and the tourist information center are a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is located 0.7 km from the well-kept beach of Roja, which has a children's playground, walking path and modern Roja open-air stage.
