A small fishermen’s house preserved in the original style, situated not far from the sea in Berzciems, offers 2 comfortable rooms for peaceful rest, with a fireplace and a small kitchen. The family of the owners through many generations try to preserve old fishermen’s traditions, including those in fish processing and smoke curing. The guests have an opportunity to buy local products – smoked fish from the Engure lake and the Baltic Sea.

Hotel MEKE was opened in 2016. It was established in the premises of Dunte School, built in 1867.

The old wooden building has 8 well-equipped guest rooms with preserved historical elements, recreation and seminar rooms.

There is a small ballroom 30 m2, a large ballroom 60 m2. Hotel Meke is located 3 km from the rocky seashore of Vidzeme. Bicycle rental is available at the hotel.

Nearby is the Mecca Pub, where you can have a delicious meal.

New, cozy campsite in Mērsrags, by the sea at Mērsrags lighthouse. The campsite has 10 comfortable four-bed cottages. Each cottage has a double bed, a double mattress in the roof choir, a small kitchen corner, a shower and a WC. Each cottage has a terrace with table and chairs. There is a shared outdoor kitchen for cooking, a large children’s playground and a car park.

The previously known "Traktieris Pernigele" has experienced a re-opening, being reborn in a new, modern concept and becoming "Grill House & Hotel PERNIGELE", located in Liepupe parish, Jelgavkrasti, on the side of the Tallinn highway - 60 km from Riga and 3 km from the sea coast.

"Grill House & Hotel Pernigele" is a place with the ancient breath of history, where classic values are intertwined with modern elements. In Pernigel, you will be able to enjoy a high-quality, delicious and healthy meal from dishes that are characterized by various, nuanced combinations of flavors.

The hotel has 20 well-furnished rooms (45 beds). For celebrations and enjoying a meal, we offer spacious restaurant rooms on two floors, as well as a cozy outdoor terrace in the summer season. In Pernigel it is possible to hold corporate events, sports games, various celebrations, banquets.
