Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Raum für Feierlichkeiten. Hier sind Tische und Stühle oder Bänke, die der Zahl der Gäste angepasst werden können, sowie Küche und Küchenausrüstung zur Vorbereitung oder zum Servieren von Speisen, Geschirr und Tischzeug vorhanden. Es ist möglich, Verpflegung, sowie Musikanlagen zu bestellen oder Live-Musik zu spielen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Parkplatz für die Autos der Gäste.
