Villa Margaretha is a boutique hotel, conveniently located close to the city centre of Tartu. It is built in the Art Nouveau style, and is only a five-minute walk away from places of historical interest, such as the town hall, Vanemuine theatre, Tartu Art College, Mikkel’s gallery, former Karlova manor, and many of the city’s other iconic buildings. This building, adorned with a fetching tower and Art Nouveau weather vane, has 17 rooms, each unique and exceptional. Art Nouveau influences are also evident in the rooms’ furniture, which is given emphasis by timely, colourful textiles. The villa contains six twin rooms, three Art Nouveau suites, four twin deluxe rooms, and four deluxe suites equipped with a bath.

The Mändjala - Järve coastline has been famous for its sandy beaches and meadows for years – it is the main destination for beach holidays on the island of Saaremaa. Right in the city centre and opposite the main building of Tartu University Antonius Hotel was opened in March 2009. The rooms are furnished with valuable antique furniture and made complete with modern solutions of bathrooms and bedrooms, resulting in a cosy and homely interior. On the four floors of the hotel, there are 27 rooms – 7 suites, 6 de Luxe and 14 Superior double rooms.  Breakfast and dinner is served at the restaurant that is situated in a vaulted cellar room with an atrium and is decorated with rose paintings. On the first floor one finds a stylish library/ fireplace lounge for reading, having a glass of aperitif with friends, or just relaxing in the warmth of open fire.
