At the disposal of the holidaymakers are a sauna on the shore of a pond (steam room, steam sauna, infra red sauna) with a big fireplace room and terrace reaching up to the pond, together with a bath cask, grill house and barbecue site. It is possible to accommodate 31 people in four separate and fully furnished houses: a storehouse 7 places (two bedrooms, kitchen, shower, WC, terrace), a summer house 4 places (big bedroom with a fireplace, kitchen corner, shower, WC, balcony), on the 2nd floor of the main building 16 places (2 suites with a balcony, 2 bedrooms), on the sauna house 4 places.

Puulaiu Guesthouse stands in the middle of juniper fields right between the bays of Käina and Jausa. Guesthouse offers 6 buildings - Main house, Markus 1 & 2, Pier Cottage, Yellow & Green Cottages. It easily accommodate up to 44 persons. If needed, another 22 additional beds can be made. Guesthouse also offers boating, fishing, biking or hiking.

There are 2 apartments in the same house with common terrace and yard. Two-story apartment (50m2, suitable for 5 persons and 1 baby 0-3 years) with an entrance from the livingroom to the terrace and yard has two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and helpful things for families with kids. Crib bed can be added to the upper bedroom. Apartment with one bedroom, a livingroom which has an entrance to the terrace and yard, kitchenette, bathroom and helpful things for families with kids. On the livingroom there is a loft (size 160×150 cm) for one or two kids to sleep on. Crib bed can be added to the bedroom. This apartment is 35m2, suitable for 2 adults, 2 children aged 5-12 and 1 baby 0-3 years.

There is outdoor furniture (dining table with chairs and sun lounger chairs), BBQ and sandbox in the yard.
