Ceptuve "Lāči"

The visit to Lāči was another high point in our tour. The owner and founder, Normunds Skauģis, led the tour himself, answered many questions and took us through the bakery while it was in full operation. Everyone also got a chance to make their own bread loaf, which was a high point for a group of bakers. After lunch, Normunds gave us our breads (I brought my 2kg loaf of Rudzu saldskāba maize back with me and have been eating it all day!).
