The ice cream and cheese are made without E-numbers. The ice cream is made with no vegetable oils, less sugar than is typical, and berries grown on the farm.

How the Cheese and Ice Cream Are Made
The cheese and ice cream are made using milk from the farm’s own cows. The cows graze on organic pastures in the Dviete wetlands rather than being kept in sheds. This gives the milk, and in turn the cheese and ice cream, a distinctive, naturally rich flavour.
For Visitors
Visitors can see the cows and calves and taste the farm’s cheeses and ice cream. Groups can arrange cheese- and ice-cream-making masterclasses in advance.
The farm café is beautifully situated overlooking the wide-open landscape of the Dviete wetlands. Visitors can taste the farm’s cheeses and homemade ice cream, as well as enjoy freshly made waffles and coffee.
