Explanation for prices

Prices
In the countryside or village home you will find a list of prices relating to an overnight stay with breakfast (B&B) or without breakfast.  The price will relate to one person.  Guesthouses and hotels will be more likely to be listing the price of a double room (DBL) with or without breakfast.
For self-catering cottage, the price relates to one person’s stay for one night or the rental of the entire building for a specific period of time such as 4:00 PM to noon the next day (night) or for an entire week (week).  The price will include bed linens, towels, dishes and kitchen items that can be used.  Guests will be asked to take care of cleanliness in the house while they are there.  Please leave the building in the same condition that you found it.
Changes in prices
Baltic country holidays retains the right to update published prices before sending out a reservation confirmation.  Once the reservation and bill have been sent out, Baltic country holidays may change the price only if the government changes taxes or if something else happens that has a substantial effect on the price of accommodations.
Marketing price
The main page for each home will show a marketing price – the approximate price for the accommodations in EUROS (EUR).  The precise price will be stated in the section “Prices”.  It will also be available from Baltic country holidays or the owner of the home.
