	Fischerhof DIENINAS	Die Wirte sind Fischer schon in der dritten Generation. Gruppen von Touristen werden hier Kulturveranstaltungen mit Verkostungen von nahrhaften Fischen angeboten: Stiefelwerfen am Strand, Erzählungen von Fischerfrauen, eine theatralische Vorführung, Räuchern von Fischen. Lettische Küche: Getrocknete und geräucherte Fische, heiß geräucherte Aalmutter und andere Fische, die nach den in der Familie geerbten lokalen Rezepten vorbereitet sind.

	Zilu Peonijas	Zīļu peonijas is a farm where you can get a true sense of how many different types of peonies there are in the world. The garden has more than 800 different kinds, and they will surprise you with their diversity of form and colour. Each visitor will find one which best corresponds to his or her tastes. Flowers are sold to be taken home. The garden is in the Slampe Parish of the Tukums Administrative District.
	Silezeru peonijas	The peony garden "Silezeru peonijas" is located in a scenic place in Valmiera region, Kocēni parish. Currently, about 800 different varieties grow in the garden - from very early flowering peonies, daisies, intersection peonies to shrub peonies. The first three varieties of peonies were purchased in 2015. The gardening of the peony collection began with them. The new varieties were gradually purchased first from peony collectors known in Latvia, and then from foreign kennels in England, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Sweden and Poland. The owner organizes excursions and introduces the flower of love - peony, but you need to call in advance.
	The potter Ineta Dzirkale	The potter produces candelabras, dishes and whistles that you can buy at the workshop. She also accepts commissions for new products. You can work with your own clay and take the resulting product home with you as a souvenir.
	The Drubazas farm	After viewing the lovely scenes that are a part of the Drubazi nature trail, which runs along the banks of the Ancient Abava River Valley, the owner offers tastings of homemade wine. He produces wines from 12 different berries, including raspberries, black currants, blackberries, lingonberries, grapes, sea buckthorn, and others.
	Camping&Yachts	Campground in Riga, by the river Daugava. A family oriented, pet friendly, relaxing place to enjoy your camping in city with a perfect river view! This is great marina and campground for RVs, travel trailers, campers, yachts and boats.
	Muuski Glamping	Guests have access to three two-person glamping tents in a unique place in the Veclaicene Parish, which is right by the border between Latvia and Estonia. The tents are well-equipped with a hardwood bed with a comfortable mattress, two pillows, two large blankets, bed linens, two towels, two duvets, a chest for visitors’ things, two easy chairs on a terrace, and a little table with a bench. Each tent is hooked up to electricity, with available plugs and lights. The territory has a common-use summer kitchen with three lavatories. Spend some time glamping, and you’ll feel the healing power of nature, relax from your everyday rhythm, watch the country landscape, enjoy yourself and your partner or friend. You can go for walks, rent bikes, swim in the pond, sunbathe, enjoy a jacuzzi, grill, and read books from the Muuski community library.
	Deseles darzi	The “Dēsele Gardens” venue offers seasonal tours, as well as tastings and a chance to buy homegrown strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, plums, pears, apples, blackberries, black currants, grapes and honeysuckle. Visit the gardens, and refresh yourself with berry smoothies and fruit desserts that are packed with vitamins.
	Milmani	The “Mīlmaņi” guesthouse is on the banks of the Gauja River in Ranka. The venue is cosy for family celebrations and events for up to 50 participants. The main building has five bedrooms. A summer home is available for as many as 30 people, with a sauna, a black Sauna and, on the banks of the Gauja, a jacuzzi, as well as picnicking locations with grills. Swimming and boating are available.
	Kugitis "Gulbis"	The boat "Gulbis" goes on trips along the Daugava, revealing the history of Koknese and Likteņdārzs, the stories of the Daugava, and will become a witness to today's story. It invites you to go along, enjoy, explore, remember, dream and relax, rinsing the waves of the Daugava, in complete peace, enjoying the sounds of nature and the stories of an audio guide. The boat can accommodate up to 20 guests on board. Route: Likteņdārzs - Koknese Lutheran Church - Koknese Castle Ruins - Perse River - Likteņdārzs Amphitheater - Likteņdārzs. The boat can also be booked for events such as birthdays, weddings, etc. Flight times can be viewed and tickets can be purchased on the website, as well as on board.
	Hanfanbau ADZELVIESI	Auf dem Hof Adzelvieši wird Hanf angebaut, aus dessen Samen Hanfbutter und grob gemahlene Zukost hergestellt wird. An der Kornkammer (101 Jahre alt) sind alte Werkzeuge der Hanffaserbearbeitung ausgestellt. Hier kann man leckere Produkte verkosten und kaufen, sowie eine spannende Reise in die Geschichte der Hanfzüchtung unternehmen. Der gewöhnliche Hanf ist eine alte Kulturpflanze in Lettland, die hier seit mehr als 1000 Jahren angebaut wird. Lettische Küche: Grob und fein gemahlene Zukost aus Hanf, Hanfbrötchen, zerdrückte und geröstete Hanfbröckchen, Hanföl.
	Backen von Sklandrausis (Kuchen aus Roggenteig und Karotten) USI	Eines der ersten Häuser in Kolka, 1,2 km vom Kap Kolka entfernt, das der nördlichste Punkt in Kurland ist und die Ostsee von der Bucht von Riga trennt. Hier wird die Vorbereitung des traditionellen nordkurländischen süßen Gerichtes – Sklandrauši – gezeigt, sowie eine Führung für Fußgänger Spaziergang in die industrielle Geschichte von Kolka mit theatralischen Elementen und eine Verkostung der besten Sprotten aus Lettland angeboten. Lettische Küche: Graupengrütze mit gebratenen Zwiebeln und gebratenem Fleisch, Kefir, Kräutertees. Das besondere Gericht: Das traditionelle Gericht Sklandrausis.
	Lauskis Winery and Cidery	Das Weingut "LAUSKIS" wurde im Jahre 2019 gegründet und liegt in der Gemeinde Ledmane, im dortigen Gutshof Krape. Ein 300 Jahre alter Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes beherbergt das Weingut. Der Name "LAUSKIS" wurde zu Ehren des Herren Vilis Lauskis verliehen, dem Urgroßvater des Weingutbesitzers Vents Grinbaums. Vor etwa 100 Jahren hat der bekannte Obstgärtner – Vilis Lauskis Obstbäume und Beerensträuche angepflanzt. Die Früchte dieser über Generationen gepflegten Pflanzen dienen heute als wertvoller biologischer Naturstoff und verleihen dem Wein eine exquisite Qualität. Die Tour bietet Weinproben und Erfrischungen im 300 Jahre alten Gewölbekeller des Gutshofes, die von Geheimnissen und Geistergeschichten begleitet werden. Einblicke in den Weinherstellungsprozess erhalten Sie direkt durch den Eigentümer des Weinguts. Nach der Weinprobe können Sie unter riesigen betagten Eichen durch den alten Park des Gutshofs Krape spazieren und die schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss bewundern.
	Atputas komplekss "PAZUST PRIEDES"	The recreation complex "Pazust Priedēs" is a newly created recreation area in the village of Bernāti - a 7-minute walk from the beach. Two holiday homes are available for recreation - "Saulrieta" and "Saullēta" houses and a separate bathhouse. Each holiday home has a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen and a loft floor with additional sleeping places. The recreation complex can accommodate up to 12 people in total. Picnic areas are available near each house and in the territory. SPA services are offered with sauna sessions and a selection of essential oils, with mental health improvement options and meditative tools. An outdoor hot tub is available. Retreats are organized during the summer season, and meditative/exploratory books are available in each house.
	''Upenite''	Der Hof "Upenite" befindet sich am südlichen Ufer des Sees Cirisa ezers. Ein ausgezeichneter Bio-Hof, auf dem lettgallische Traditionen gepflegt, Milchprodukte (auch Käse) hergestellt, einheimische Kulturpflanzen (diese kann man auch erwerben) angebaut und die lettgallische Rauchsauna angeboten werden, in der als Saunameister die Wirte arbeiten. Meisterkurse im Backen von Torten organisiert. Lettische Küche: Bauernsuppe (Fleischbrühe mit Grützen), gefüllte Kartoffelpfannkuchen Gulbešnīki, Kartoffelwürste (geriebene unreife Kartoffeln mit gebratenem Schweinfleisch und Zwiebeln), schwarze Johannisbeeren mit Schlagsahne, Kümmelstangen, Kräutertees, Quark mit Sauerrahm, Pfannkuchen aus Sauermilch. Das besondere Gericht: Im Ofen gebackener Karpfen oder gebackene Schleie aus dem eigenen Teich.
	Dzirnupes, lettischer Hof	Es wäre schwierig, nicht nur in der Region Vidzeme, sondern auch im ganzen Lettland einen anderen ebenso natürlichen Hof zu finden. Die Gäste können in einer alten Kornkammer übernachten, die ihren Duft noch erhalten hat, den Wirt bei der Arbeit in der Schmiede beobachten und selber einen Nagel schmieden, Ziege melken, auf Gänse aufpassen, sowie an Arbeiten auf dem Land teilnehmen: jäten, Heu ernten, Bogenschießen ausprobieren und die Sauna genießen.
	Musu Avenes	“We educate, create feelings and inspire people.” Those are the key concepts of the “Mūsu avenes” raspberry farm. The farm specialises in summer and autumn raspberries, but it also grows quince, honeysuckle, mulberry, rhubarb and various seasonal vegetables. Owners of the farm began to offer informative and interactive tours in 2023. Learn how the farm is run, what it bases its work on, and how it ensures bio-economics and a circulation economy. You’ll also learn details about how to grow and pick raspberries. A special mood is created by a cupola tent at the farm which offers visitors a chance to enjoy and unrivalled surrounding landscape. You can rent the cupola for a special and unusual site for celebrations or a photo session. The cupola on the raspberry farm will be an excellent choice.
	Gästehaus "Maurini"	Der Gasthof befindet sich ca. 6 km von Sigulda entfernt. Mauriņi wurde so gebaut, dass man aus jedem Fenster eine der alten Eichen sieht. Es wird lettische Küche aus lokalen Produkten angeboten. Lettische Küche: Waldpilzsoße, Brei Grūdenis, Milchsuppe mit Kartoffelklößen, Gerstengrützsuppe, Waldpilzsuppe, Fischsuppe, Kartoffelklöße mit Speck und Sahne, Graupengrütze, gefüllte Kohlrüben, geschmortes Huhn, Wildbret, geschichtetes Roggenbrot-Dessert, Brotsuppe, Grießpudding Buberts mit Kompott, dünne Pfannkuchen, Piroggen. Das besondere Gericht: Blechkuchen von Mauriņi und mehr als 80 Marmeladensorten.

Viena meistarklase ilgst apmēram 2 stundas un šajā laikā veidosim māla traukus, mūzikas instrumentus vai interesantus dekoratīvos priekšmetus. Māla darbnīcā arī iespējams iegādāties mūsu veidotos darbus. Optimālais dalībnieku skaits meistarklasēs ir 2 līdz 10.
