В хозяйственном здании Дубресского дворца можно наблюдать работы керамиста, самим попробовать изготовить керамику, заказать работы и приобрести сувениры из глины. Можно осмотреть дворцовый комплекс Дубрес, где сейчас (2013 г.) ведутся реставрационные работы.

Lake Liepāja is shallow and eutrophic (around 40%), and it is one of the most important lakes on the shores of the Baltic Sea for nesting and migrating birds (resting and feeding place). More than 100 different species of birds have been spotted there. The lake is no less important for plants which flourish in salty biotopes. On the north-eastern shore of Lake Liepāja (Vītiņu meadow) there are flood-land plains which are the home to domestic animals which have been adapted to life in the wild. There is also a viewing tower, available upon request with the guide. The system of dams along the south-western part of the lake can be hiked or biked (extreme!) to find lots of interesting viewing areas and landscapes. In the surrounding of the lake there are ruins of unique former fortification systems.

В старой риге Алсунгской усадьбы находится сувенирная лавка, где можно приобрести сделанные в суйтском крае сувениры и полезные в хозяйстве вещи: платки, перчатки, носки, посуду, травяные чаи и др. Суйты – это небольшая католическая община в лютеранском Курземе. Их традиции коренятся в культуре латышей, ливов, поляков и немцев, когда-то живших здесь. Суйты отличаются яркими народными костюмами, выразительной манерой общения, своеобразным этнографическим пением с тянущимся звуком ”ē” и, конечно же, остроумной манерой исполнения песен. Культурное пространство суйтов включено в список нематериального культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО.
В риге по предварительной записи можно встретиться с Суйтскими женами, узнать о традициях суйтов, попеть и поиграть. Для детей проводятся творческие мастерские.

The only Art Nouveau building in Aluksne, built at the beginning of the 20th century, now works as a hotel. Historically, the building once housed a Railway hotel, so the original name of the hotel - "Bahnhofs Hotel" (transl. from German - "Railway" hotel) was kept.

The hotel has 9 rooms (some of which extra beds can be arranged). At an additional cost an English-style breakfast is available. Hotel guests are offered a half-hour free access to the swimming pool at hotel "Jolanta", which is nearby, as well as electric scooter and bicycle rental.

A banquet hall is also available for various events.

You will start the tour in Rīga, where you will enjoy the beautiful Old town included in UNESCO and Art Nouveau district. Then you will drive to Ķemeri National Park, where you will have some small hiking along the Forest Trail till the place Bigauņciems, where the Forest Trail meets the Baltic Coastal Hiking Route. After that you will hike along the Forest Trail in the beautiful Abava River valley and see Sabile - the wine and cider town. Then you will reach the most charming Kurzeme town - Kuldīga with its old town streets, the bridge over river Venta, the promenade and waterfall. Afterwards you will drive to the coast and have some hike along the most outstanding bluffs around the Baltic Sea.


Then you will also see Liepāja - the windy city and hike in the Pape Nature Park. Further the tour will bring you to Lithuania and its Baltic Coastal Hiking Route part. You will see the resort town Palanga, Klaipėda and hike in the Curonian Spit from Pervalka to Juodkrantė to see the interesting sand dunes. Further you will drive from Klaipėda to Paplatelė and enjoy a 1 day hiking in Žemaitija National Park. Then you will drive to Telšiai and explore the Lake Germantas and landscape reserve along small forest paths and wooden footbridges.

At the end of the tour you will go for a 1 day hike in Kurtuvėnai Regional Park which is one of the most forested areas in Central Lithuania with very pronounced glacier-shaped terrain forms spread in the Eastern Žemaitija Upland.

The highest and most beautiful wall of cliffs on Saaremaa Island (up to 21 m high), stretching along some 3 km. During strong winds from the W or NW, a part of the cliff is washed by the waves of the sea.
