Herbsts Cidery

Herbsts is a family-owned cidery producing natural, locally crafted cider in the western region of Latvia, Kurzeme. Each cider tells a story of how its distinctive, unique flavour was discovered. The experiments and dedication were rewarded at the Nordic Cider Competition (NICA) in 2023, where "Dullais Dauka" won a gold medal and "Plūsis" took silver – the first international recognition for Herbsts ciders.
