Mālkalnu Sieri offers a wide selection of around 30 varieties of cheese, from classic styles to cheeses flavoured with caraway, seeds, herbs, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and other additions, as well as marinated cheeses. Most of the cheeses are smoked, while some are made without smoking or marinated in special sauces, including chilli and honey.
Alongside its cheeses, the farm also produces preserves made from organically grown vegetables, as well as juice from its own home-grown tomatoes. The range brings together ingredients produced on the farm with traditional methods of preparation and preservation, creating a distinctly local taste rooted in time-honoured cheesemaking traditions.
