Jaanihanso Cidery in Pärnu County, Estonia, makes ciders by the champagne method. Visits are possible year-round by advance booking. Owner-led tours in Estonian, English, German or Finnish take in the cidery and apple orchard and end with a tasting of five ciders; non-alcoholic drinks and ready-to-serve cocktails are also offered. Groups of up to 150 are welcome, and catering, private parties, corporate and cultural events can be arranged. Guests can also take part in bottling. The on-site and online shops sell ciders, lemonades, cocktails, spirits, seasonal drinks and gift sets.
