In the second part of the event, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Latvia, Nauris Puntulis, and the Chairman of the Latvian Association of Local Governments, Gints Kaminskis, presented 11 cultural labels "Latvian Heritage" to our Latvian rural entrepreneurs for their achievements in promoting cultural heritage so far.
