There are four campsites for accommodation, located above the water on piles. All cottages are heated, with separate shower and toilet, TV and wi-fi internet. Two of them have a kitchen, and one has a fireplace. Each cottage has three or four beds. Tents and camper sites are also available, and tents can be rented on site.

В них отреставрированная мебель латвийских мастеров, цветное остекление веранды, оборудованные кухни и 1 и более спален. В одних из апартаментов есть ванна и терраса на крыше с видом на море. Также в сарае есть две квартиры. Также будет отремонтирован 3-й дом, где будет отдых для всех гостей квартиры - библиотека, пианино, дровяная печь.

Kūkas railway station is located 3.5 km from the house, Riga - Rēzekne highway is 3 km away and the nearest city - Jēkabpils is 20 km away.
